True Blood Recap: Soul of Fire

The vampire hit squad comes all PMSing to the Moon Goddess Emporium ready to bring down fire and brimstone. Antonia mocks the fact that they are bringing automatic weapons, but Sookie tells her their plan. The coven members worry about the fact that they are all going to die inside, and while Antonia claims that they can leave whenever they want, when a coven member, Casey tries to leave it’s clear with a dagger to the stomach that no one is getting out. She bleeds out, and Antonia leaves Marnie’s body. Antonia tells Marnie that evil has blossomed in her, and Marnie binds Antonia to her, swallowing her spirit back down.
The vamps get in position, and Jason stops them in time. Jason has a few choice words for Bill and Eric, about his sister Sookie. Bill aborts, and Eric agrees, much to Pam’s distaste. And then Jason shows the vampires Marnie’s protection spell. While Bill, Eric, and Pam try to regroup, they’re ambushed.
Sam and Alcide try to get information on Marcus’s whereabouts. The grease monkey were is less than forthcoming, and then Luna arrives half crazed. Marcus snatched Emma from school. Alcide is no longer playing, and demands the location. Marcus meanwhile is trying to get Debbie to play mommy, but she claims that she can’t run away with him. Emma asks for her mommy, and Marcus lies before sending her away so he can further work on Debbie. Marcus knows Debbie is on V again, and he promises to help her get clean, he blames Alcide for her problem. Marcus says all the right things, promising her children and the moon, but Debbie remains adamant that she loves Alcide and he loves her, even as she lets Marcus pull her into his arms.
Jesus begs Marnie to allow him to save the Casey who is bleeding out. Marnie says that he can help, and Jesus and Lafayette take her to the bathroom, but Casey is clearly already dead. Jesus uses the opportunity to grab supplies that he’ll use to force Antonia out of Marnie’s body. Marnie tries to explain away Casey, believing that Casey attacked her, that she had no choice. Sookie sympathizes with Marnie, telling her that she has all the power, that she can end this whole ordeal, and Marnie eats up her words.
Andy curses Terry for leaving him to walk home. Andy has a Gollum moment cursing and arguing with himself, when a fae find him and gives him a little blast when he tries to approach.
Emma pulls an ET and phones Mommy. With a quick look at the phone, Alcide sees that she’s at his house.
Bill, Pam, and Eric have easily taken care of the two vampires who ambushed them, and have destroyed one. Bill calls Marnie out, and she asks Sookie to join her. Sookie calls for a negotiation, and Marnie makes her lone vampire attack, and very quickly Bill throws her into the forcefield. She’s killed easily, like a bug in a zapper. In negotiations, Bill asks for Sookie’s freedom,. And Marnie is willing to give them that in exchange for Bill and Eric’s life. They both quickly agree, and the boys prepare to kill eachother. Eric and Bill take their eye’s last look, and Pam takes matters into her own hands, launching a rpg into the forcefield, which rocks everyone.
Alcide, Sam and Luna make it to Alcide’s house. Luna gets Emma back, and Alcide catches Debbie and Marcus together. Alcide lays down the law with Debbie, and Sam and Marcus prepare for a fight.
 Marnie tells everyone that the vampire’s don’t care about anyone there, or even Sookie using the rpg blast as her proof, even through it was swallowed by the protection spell. Jesus and Lafayette prepare to cast their spell. Jesus uses Casey’s blood and death to fuel his spell.
Eric has some words with Pam about disobeying, and putting Sookie at risk. Jessica shakes off the effects of the rpg, but Jason isn’t so lucky. Jessica gives him her blood.
The faerie is very interest in Andy, her fear of him gone now that she sees that he isn’t a vampire, the V made him smell like one. Mirella kisses Andy, and she gleans a promise from him, asking for his protection, using her ET glowy finger to bind his promise before he allows her to make love with her.
Marcus and Sam do a good job of busting up Alcide’s house, as Alcide keeps Debbie out of the fight. Sam has Marcus beaten, but he doesn’t deal the killing blow. Marcus fires shots at Sam, but Alcide save him, pulling him away and kills Marcus in the process. Alcide turns on Debbie, and deals her a blow worse than death. He speaks the words that banish her from him forever, forsaking her.
Marnie uses some blood magic to spy on the vampires and is pleased with the results, but when she asks to see the future, she doesn’t like it so much, seeing her own death. She tries to rally the coven, claiming she saw all their deaths. Jesus cuts symbols into his arm, and Lafayette ties a scarf around Jesus’s wrist. Lafayette readies to pour their concoction on Jesus’s symbols as Marnie makes everyone else get in a circle, promising life.
Jason thanks Jessica for healing him, when she vamps out with the rest of the others as Marnie’s spell pulls the vampires toward the protection circle. Sookie listens, as Jason fights to keep the vampires safe, begging Sookie to stop them. She uses her fairy powers and blasts the circle apart. Marnie goes on the attack, surrounding Sookie in a ring of fire while demobilizing the rest of the coven. Jesus’s demon comes to the surface, and Lafayette begs him to hurry along, as the ring closes in on Sookie. Eric and Bill pace like wild animals feeling Sookie’s fear, and being helpless. Jesus and his demon, pull Antonia from Marnie’s body, and Jesus’s demon makes an appearance. Free, Antonia extinguishes the flames, and Tara quits the group. With Antonia's magic extinguished Bill and Eric immediately come in, and Sookie proclaims the rest of the coven was innocent. “Uncle Tom” tries to shield Marnie, and Eric takes matters into his own hands, pulling his heart out, and giving it a little taste before tossing it away. Bill opens fire on Marnie, making sure that she is a problem no more.
Emma asks Sam where her daddy is.
Andy finally makes it home, Arlene tells him that Terry is out looking for him. Andy tells Arlene about his possible hallucination with Mirella. Arlene tells Andy that his story sounds a lot like crazy talk, and gives him things that he should be focusing on, like Holly, instead of some “angel in the woods.” Andy contemplates his finger and Mirella.
Eric glamouring some of the coven, and Lafayette offers Jesus comfort, knowing what he did was a last resort. Sookie looks at Bill and Eric, watching them. Jessica checks in on Jason, who’s good as new. He's a little shell shocked, but very grateful for her. They talk about Hoyt, and Jason admits even without the blood, she’s all he thinks about.
Jesus looks scared after what he did, and he’s filled with guilt over Marnie. Lafayette reminds him that Marnie chose her path, and that Jesus saved many people. As they curl up to sleep, Marnie comes to visit Lafayette and crawls happily down his throat.
