All the magic in the world is suppose to be gone, and yet Buffy manages to find a boy with microwave hands, who just happens to be the one who’s leaving bodies everywhere. You know, the ones that Buffy is being blamed for. The boy has more secrets than just his microwave hands, secrets that may prove to be deadly.
Spike uses his scare tactics to get information on who is after the slayer, who may be more trouble than he can handle, if he can find the guy.
And Buffy discovers yet another thing that is her fault. Can’t the poor girl catch a break? Of course not, because no one is better under pressure, and self loathing than Buffy is, except maybe Angel. The Scooby gang is being less than helpful, wanting Buffy to turn herself over to the police rather than killing the badies around her as she always has.
The danger surrounding the slayer grows, and her support diminishes. The cliffhanger at the end of this one is the biggest in the freefall storyline yet, and makes the anticipation for the next one all the greater. This storyline is definitely picking up speed, I cannot wait for the next issue.
