Experience The Walking Dead Escape; Live The Apocalypse
How do you plan on celebrating the 100th issue of The Walking Dead comic? I guarantee it's not as elaborate or as fun as what Walking Dead comic writer — and Walking Dead TV show executive producer — Robert Kirkman and his Skybound imprint have planned. The Walking Dead Escape: San Diego is a zombie obstacle course that Kirman will hold at San Diego's Petco Park July 12-15 during Comic-Com. Participants can sign up as a Survivor, Walker or spectator.
Enjoy climbing, crawling, and sliding through a zombie-infested evacuation zone as a Survivor.
Get made up by the pros and join the undead as a Walker. Watch the survivors and undead clash and cheer on your favorites as a Spectator.
“Our fans have been reading about it, watching it and now they get to live it with The Walking Dead Escape,” said Kirkman, in a statement. “We are literally transforming Petco Park into the early days of society’s collapse and San Diego is just the first city to fall.”
Does this mean The Walking Dead Escape will be held in multiple cities? One can only hope. For more informationn course map, and tickets click here.
