Dark Horse Announces Free Comic Book Day Signings!‏


DARK HORSE ANNOUNCES
FREE COMIC BOOK DAY SIGNINGS

May 4, MILWAUKIE, OR—In support of Free Comic Book Day, Dark Horse is pleased to announce signings on Saturday, May 5, in Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Portland!

Felicia Day (writer of The Guild), the cast of The Guild, and Andrew Chambliss (writer of Buffy) will be signing for Buffy/The Guild at Golden Apple Comics in Los Angeles from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.!

Zack Whedon (writer of Star Wars/Serenity) and Georges Jeanty (artist for Buffy) will be signing at Flying Colors Comics in Concord, CA, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.!

Steve Lieber (artist for Alabaster) will be signing throughout Portland, Oregon:
12 p.m. to 2 p.m.: Things From Another World Hollywood (also featuring Jonathan Case, artist for The Guild)
2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.: Cosmic Monkey
4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.: Bridge City Comics

All events will have great Dark Horse giveaways: Buffy wristbands, lanyards, and Star Wars: Dawn of the Jedi patches, in addition to Free Comic Book Day issues (while supplies last).

Free Comic Book Day is a single day—the first Saturday in May each year—when participating comic book shops across North America and around the world give away comic books absolutely free to anyone who comes into their stores.
