Discussing "Wonder Woman"

"Wonder Woman" has been on an upward trajectory since it first released in cinemas and shows no signs of slowing down yet. With such a rich story and meticulous attention to detail in the visuals used to tell it, one quick think piece simply wouldn't have been enough to even begin to touch on all the points of why this film is a masterpiece.

So here at MuseLed, we teamed up to have a longer discussion on the film's many facets. Though Gal Gadot has drawn praise for her portrayal since her character debut in "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," we were thrilled to find that the other lead and supporting characters were just as well-cast. The fight sequences were beautifully crafted, from the beach to No Man's Land, the inclusion of commentary on various sociopolitical issues further showed how powerful of a statement the film has made in resonating with audiences.

Further re-watches yielded new finding and realisations of how carefully the film has planted the seeds of the story through certain shots that aren't picked up on until you are aware of the full story being told. "Wonder Woman" also ties in well to the larger DCEU built through the films before it.
