Review:
The first time I heard about Unremembered was at a Fierce Reads Fall Tour Stop in San Diego at Mysterious Galaxy bookstore. I was intrigued with Jessica Brody's concept in her story. So, recently, I finally got a chance to read the book...AND, I was definitely not disappointed. Jessica Brody amazed me with her writing in creating this world and her characters. I felt that telling the story in the main character's point of view was spot on since it allowed me, as the reader, to go through the "motions" of her frustrations and her fears of having no memory of anything at all.

After being found at a plane crash site, Sera is plunged into a world that she doesn't recognize...she doesn't even know her own name! Soon she embarks on this dangerous journey to remember who and/or what she is. Then there's this mysterious boy who helps her, yet, she has no memory of him...but Sera has a strange feeling that she does. Sera finds clues that creates more unanswered questions to her identity. She gets help from a mysterious boy who claims to know before the crash...the boy who loves her.

Will Sera overcome the loss of her memory? Will she find the truth? In this love story with sci-fi and mystery intricately weaved in to the plot, Sera will inevitably remember. Jessica Brody took me on a suspense-filled, action-packed thrill ride filled with mystery and plot twists that had me glued to the book.
