August 27, 2014 – Burbank, CA – Don’t lose your heads! Nerdist Industries is thrilled to release “SleepyCast: The Official SLEEPY HOLLOW Podcast,” which premiered Tuesday, August 26. Produced by K/O Paper Products and Nerdist Industries, and hosted by actress and writer Clarke Wolfe, “SleepyCast” will be the ultimate source for episode recaps, insider info and all things SLEEPY HOLLOW. Guests will include cast members, co-creator and executive producer Roberto Orci and showrunner Mark Goffman, among others intricately involved with the hit series.

In its first season, SLEEPY HOLLOW was the No. 2 new drama with originals among Adults 18-49, and a Top 15 series on all of television. The wild ride continues when Season Two returns Monday, Sept. 22 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

Once the curtain is up on Season Two, “SleepyCast” will greet listeners every Tuesday morning exclusively on the Nerdist Podcast Network, home to the hit Nerdist flagship podcast hosted by Chris Hardwick. Each podcast will include episode recaps, as well as interviews with the cast, producers and writers of SLEEPY HOLLOW.

For those who have been sleeping through SLEEPY HOLLOW, the “SleepyCast” will commence by outlining all of the action from Season One — starting with today’s premiere podcast — and recapping its head off until the Season Two premiere next month.

As the series’ loyal fan base grew throughout Season One, SLEEPY HOLLOW fans adopted the mantra, “I am a Sleepyhead,” setting social media afire with Tweets, as well as Instagram and Facebook posts. Their “#sleepyheads” messages were heard loud and clear; the cast and crew of SLEEPY HOLLOW came together with their online community of enthusiasts to create this fan-tastic video.

Three episodes of CINEMAX series The Knick to be presented on HBO on Labor Day

Have you been watching THE KNICK? If not, you can catch up on the acclaimed CINEMAX drama series THE KNICK when the first three episodes of the show are presented back-to-back on HBO this Labor Day, MONDAY, SEPT. 1 (8:00-11:00 p.m. ET/PT).

Starring Clive Owen and directed by Steven Soderbergh, THE KNICK is set in New York City, circa 1900, and tells the story of The Knickerbocker Hospital, home to groundbreaking surgeons, nurses and staff who push the boundaries of medicine in a time of astonishingly high mortality rates and zero antibiotics.

Following a hiatus this week, THE KNICK returns in its usual time slot when the series’ fourth episode debuts FRIDAY, SEPT. 5 (10:00-11:00 p.m. ET/PT), exclusively on CINEMAX, with other episodes debuting on subsequent Fridays at the same time.

THE CW Unveils Fall 2014 Key Art For THE FLASH

August 26, 2014 (Burbank, CA) ─ The CW Network has unveiled the key art designs for its highly anticipated new Fall 2014 series, THE FLASH!

The most buzzed-about new series of the season, THE FLASH, starring Grant Gustin as the Fastest Man Alive, premieres Tuesday, October 7 (8:00-9:00pm ET).  The key art features Gustin in the iconic Flash costume, racing through a darkened Central City street.  The copy reads “Discover What Makes A Hero.”

LIFETIME Orders GLEN MAZZARA’S DAMIEN Straight To Series

Network to Air in 2015 Six Episodes of Drama Based on Iconic Motion Picture THE OMEN and Produced by Fox Television Studios

LOS ANGELES, CA (August 25, 2014) – Lifetime has placed a six-episode, straight-to-series order for Glen Mazzara’s drama thriller Damien, it was announced today by Rob Sharenow, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Lifetime.

Produced by Fox Television Studios and based on Twentieth Century Fox’s classic horror film,The Omen, the series follows the adult life of Damien Thorn, the mysterious child from the 1976 motion picture who has grown up, seemingly unaware of the satanic forces around him.  Haunted by his past, Damien must now come to terms with his true destiny -- that he is the Antichrist, the most feared man throughout the ages.

“We are thrilled to be bringing a contemporary version of The Omen’s Damien Thorn back to the screen.  Glen Mazzara has re-imagined him as a dark, romantic, anti-hero and this fresh take blends complex characters with premium storytelling to make something truly original,” said Sharenow.

Scheduled to launch in early 2015, Damien will be written and executive produced by Mazzara (The Walking DeadThe Shield) via his 44 Strong Productions.  Ross Fineman (Lights Out), who developed the project alongside Mazzara, executive produces through his company, Fineman Entertainment.  Pancho Mansfield also serves as executive producer. Damien is through Mazzara’s overall deal with Fox Television Studios, as well as Fineman and Mansfield’s first-look deals with the studio.

SHOWCASE Announces The Epic Final Season Of LOST GIRL

TORONTO, August 25, 2014 - Today, Showcase revealed that the previously announced fifth season of Lost Girl will wrap up the fan-favourite series. In a message (Scroll down to see below) to the show's loyal "Fae"-natics, Lost Girl star Anna Silk revealed that Showcase supersized the original 13-episode order to 16 final episodes bringing the series to a thrilling conclusion. The season is split into two heart-stopping parts, with the first eight episodes airing Sundays at 9pm ET/PT on Showcase, beginning December 7.

"The massive popularity of Lost Girl is a testament to the inventive and hard-working team at Prodigy Pictures, the magnetic and talented cast and the most devoted and passionate fan base in Canadian television," said Barbara Williams, Senior Vice President, Content, Shaw Media. "We're so proud that Showcase has been the home to this landmark series and we look forward to sharing these final 16 episodes with the show's fans."

Lost Girl follows supernatural seductress Bo (Silk), a tough yet loveable Succubus who feeds off sexual energy. Since realizing she is part of the Fae, creatures of legend and folklore who live among humans, Bo has resisted choosing an allegiance to either the Dark or Light Fae clans. Instead, she has forged her own path between the human and Fae worlds, while embarking on a mission to unlock the secrets of her origin.

In the blow-out final season, Bo goes to hell and back to try to save the people she loves, triggering an explosive chain of events that play out over the exhilarating final episodes.

Lost Girl was developed by Prodigy Pictures, in association with Shaw Media and Showcase. Executive Producers are Jay Firestone, Vanessa Piazza and Michael Grassi.
