"I Still Believe" is an upcoming Christian biographical drama film about singer-songwriter Jeremy Camp and his first wife, Melissa Lynn Henning-Camp, who died of ovarian cancer shortly after they married. Camp wrote a song "I Still Believe" after her death, and this is what the film's title is based on. The film will be released on March 20, 2020 by Lionsgate, and stars Riverdale actor KJ Apa as Jeremy Camp.

It's a new day in the city,and Finn is up to plenty of tricks. He's sure that the baby is alive, and he intends to find her. Her tries his best spell, but everything goes up in flames. He has nothing. Freya walks in through the door, but Finn doesn't recognize her. She admits that they both look a little different. He wants to know who she is, before he gets a little aggressive with her. She remembers when they were kids, and they played, and Finn can't believe that its Freya. Freya is happy that he remembers her, and embraces him, but she's got something plotted.

Rebekah looks over her portrait. She still thinks it looks off, her chin was more delicate. Klaus points out that there is nothing delicate about her. Elijah tries to get the pair back on track through the phone about their long lost sister Freya. Rebekah doesn't have much more since Freya revealed herself and then darted off. Klaus is a little annoyed with their family's habit of cheating death. He wants to know if their aunt still lives, since she's a greater threat to his daughter. Elijah reminds both of them, now more than ever, keeping the secret that Hope is still alive is the most important thing. Klaus feels as that Jackson is the weakest link in that department, and that he should take care of his loose lips, but Elijah is sure that Jackson will do nothing to compromise the wedding. Rebekah had no clue about the wedding, and wonders what else she missed.

Jackson wheedles some wood, and Haley wonders why she keeps getting broomsticks every morning. She's not really a homemaker kind. Jackson tells her that since they live far, and it's not always easy to get a preacher out, the community would leave brooms, so they could “jump the broom” so to speak. Haley gets the awkward gist, and Jackson laughs at her discomfort. She asks what he's working on and he shows her the crib. He started it before for Hope, but stopped when he thought she was dead. Now that he knows she isn't he thought he would finish it. Jackson tells her that there are some wolves from nearby who want in on the wedding ritual. The ritual would strengthen their pack only, which is why the alphas are willing to step down and pledge allegiance to them for the power boost. Once they're unified Haley will have one heck of an army to protect her daughter.

Klaus gets word that Finn has Marcel, and he is not pleased. He's unsure where they are, and what he should do about it. The family makes him want to murder people. Kol arrives with perfect timing, but he's not welcomed with open arms. Rebekah is ready to rip out his throat, but he stops her. He's come because he needs their help. Kol tells them that Finn has cursed him, that he is locked in the body. Kol finds no sympathy there. He knows what he's done, but he doesn't think that he should die for it. Rebekah knows that Kol isn't lying, she knows him too well. Kol admits that he was cursed when he was trying to help Marcel for Davina. Finn is trying to get a secret out of Marcel, and Kol warns that he has the means to do it.

Freya confesses that she came because of a spell their aunt cast. She sleeps for 100 years, only to wake for a single year before repeating the cycle. Her aunt reasoned that this was the closest that a witch would get to immortality. In time, Freya realized that all her stories were peppered with lies. Dahlia is still alive, and she's hunting. Freya escaped her long ago, and she's been running ever since. To Dahlia any act of betrayal is punishable by death, but it is her cross to bear. Finn asks about Dahlia's curse to take the first born daughter of every generation. Freya asks why should that concern him, their siblings are vampires, there are no first borns to take. He reveals that Klaus had a daughter. Their mother filled him with terror about what would happen if the baby lived. He's been desperate to find her, but has been unable to so far. Freya knows that nothing is impossible, she can find the baby. In her time away she's learned a valuable lesson she tells Finn as she plucks a dead butterfly from the table and brings it back to like. You have to let some things die so that others may live.

Marcel's vampires continue to slumber, but Marcel awakens. He crawls over to Gia. He knows that she's still in there, but he assures her that no matter what Finn has in store, they will get through it. That can do attitude is exactly why he thinks Marcel is perfect for the job. Marcel doesn't plan on taking orders though. Finn looks to motivate him by killing off his vampires. When Finn turns to Gia, Marcel is ready to bargain. Finn wants him to bring him Haley's blood.

Cami and Elijah play house. Cami tends to baby Hope while Elijah cooks. A crash brings him racing into the room. Hope yanked on the tablecloth bringing a knickknack down on her. She looks to be fine, but there's a scratch. Poor Elijah looks distraught at he sees the pain, and hears her cries. Elijah sees a red door and candles, he's not all better yet.

Kol asks about the secret Finn is looking for as he and Rebekah set up the spell to reverse what Finn did to him. Klaus doesn't find him worthy of that knowledge. The spell Finn cast was a powerful one, and with the extra juice he's getting from the parentals, Kol doesn't think he and Rebekah are strong enough. A gust of wind from Rebekah's uncontrolled power blows away all their hard work. Klaus tells him that they need a stronger witch, to call Davina, but Kol doesn't want to involve her. He doesn't want her to know that he's sick, he just needs more time. Klaus asks if he remembers the spell Finn used. If they can lock him in his body, Klaus can end their woes with a brief snap of the neck. Klaus just needs to pull it from his memory. Kol doesn't want to allow Klaus in, but Klaus isn't taking no for an answer. He doesn't see the spell, but Kol's plans against Klaus, his desires to drive a dagger into his heart. Klaus looks murderous, and throws Kol against a pillar.

Elijah patches up Hope. Cami realizes that he has a trigger. Though he pulled himself back, they can't disregard the fact that he's still suffering. She tells him that sometimes staying physically busy is just as helpful as staying mentally busy or working through his issue. She gives him a honey-do list of house repairs. He finds her home repair to be an odd solution. She offers him an alternative, they can go fishing as she tells him about losing her virginity. Elijah takes the first offer of house repairs, and Cami plans to spend the day with Hope.

Jackson wrestles around with the pack children, as Haley watches. She likes the look of him surrounded by children. She notices that one little girl has a thing for him, but he's a one woman guy, and Haley is it for him. She tells him that the meeting is starting, and sends him off to it. She vamp speeds over to the peeping Marcel. He tries to assure her that he's not there to harm her or her wolves. The stalking aspect doesn't make her all too happy. He confesses that Finn sent him to retrieve her blood for a locator spell to find Hope. He didn't tell Finn anything, but Finn put it all together anyways. He doesn't know where Finn is either, but he has to bring Finn something. Finn is killing one of his people every hour until he delivers. Haley races off to contact Klaus.

Klaus cannot believe the level of Kol's betrayal. He came calling on his brother out of love, when the whole time he's been plotting behind his back. Kol points out that Klaus hasn't been any better, he's threatened him just as much. He's the odd man out he sees now. He tells Klaus if he wants to kill Finn he can find him and kill him on his own. Kol uses his powers against Klaus to bring him to his knees, and throws Rebekah back so he can get away. Rebekah knows that Klaus's temper will be the end of him one day. Haley calls Klaus.

Kol returns home, upset over the turn of events. His nose begins to bleed as Finn calls him. Finn calls with a proposition that may make him spare Kol's life. He want's Klaus's blood. If he delivers it in an hour he'll heal him. Kol accepts the offer.

Elijah looks to take his mind off things, and get to making the repairs that Cami listed for him. He uses his vampiric strengths to make the tasks go by faster.

Klaus is in a rage over Elijah not answering his phone. Rebekah tries to assure him that Finn will never find Hope, but Klaus points out that he would have bet the same about their mother not finding Rebekah,but she found her easy enough. Kol arrives. Noting that their brother does not do calm. He knocks out Rebekah, and uses his powers against Klaus. He's been angry for a long time. He made the dagger to protect himself from Klaus, Klaus who no matter what he's done always gets what he wants in the end. Kol has never been on the winning side. Klaus gets the upper hand, and Kol by the throat. Kol is ready for death, tells Klaus to kill him, but Klaus has no intentions of that. Kol, even with all his mistakes, is still his brother. Kol points out that he's daggered him repeatedly. Klaus has daggered everyone. They haven't always agreed with him, but they're still family and he needs Kol by his side. Klaus talks of family, but Kol still hasn't earned the right to share his secrets. Klaus admits that that is true, but gives him the chance to prove himself. It's not too late. Kol takes his hand, and his offer. He tells him that Finn wants his blood. Kol needs to know why, and if Klaus is willing to trust him with that secret he will stand by his side. Klaus wants to be sure he knows what he's risking. Kol knows enough of dark magic to know that he's been hexed and there's no going back. If he's going to die, he's going to die on his own terms, and not on Finns. He won't let Finn make him into something else. Finn has been dead to Klaus for a long time, and he plans to make it official. He asks him to help him, and if he does, he will share his secret. Kol gives Klaus the location of Finn's meeting. He invites Klaus into his head so that they can finish this.

The other alphas go through their ceremony to unite their packs. Haley comes to Jackson. She tells him that they have a problem. She needs his blood for a stall. It's perfect timing as he has to spill his blood as a part of ritual. Each of the alphas spill their blood to renounce their alpha status, and bring their packs into Jackson's. Jackson spills his blood last to unite them.

Klaus, Rebekah and Kol head to the bell tower, but Finn is nowhere to be seen. Klaus wonders if its a trap. Kol sees the remnants of a spell, and is impressed by it. Klaus has no time for his awe. Rebekah notices something in the ash and Kol uses a spell to reverse it and see what Finn was looking for. Its a runic tile for baby, and Kol suddenly realizes Klaus's secret, his baby is still alive. Finn tricked them into running around all day thinking he was looking for Hope, but he already knows where she is. Klaus calls to Elijah, who answers his phone this time. He warns him that Finn is on his way, but he's unsure how soon. Elijah sees just how well on his way Finn is, as he steps into the barn and tosses Elijah with a flick of his wrist.

Cami and Hope are out at a local market. Cami checks in from a pay phone, as she forgot her cell phone. Surprisingly payphones are still a thing. Cami notices that Hope is all better, and she's not sure that the pediatrician would approve of Elijah using vampire blood to heal boo-boos.

Klaus is worried when he can't get a hold of Cami. Rebekah is sure that Elijah can protect them, but Klaus isn't so sure with Finn being supercharged. He needs to sever Finn's link to their parents. Kol can't do it, but he has a plan. It'll take a whole lot of power, but it could work.

Elijah asks Finn how he found him. Freya helped, and he doesn't think that Freya likes Elijah all too much. Dahlia would do anything to get another Mikelson first born, and Finn doesn't want to die as she goes through him.

Haley tells Marcel that Finn was distracting them all. She plans to head off and go after Hope. Marcel points out that its a long journey, and that Elijah will protect her. He reasons with her to go help Jackson build the army to protect Hope tomorrow.

Gia and the others awaken in a van in the woods and they smell blood. It's going to be a blood bath for those bleeding former alphas.

Elijah mocks Finn's witchcraft, calling him pathetic. After all the despicable acts he's done he sees the audacity in his name calling. Finn is doing what he thinks has to be done to save his family, unfortunately Elijah doesn't call into that category anymore. He sends farm tools after him, piercing Elijah's heart.

Kol and Rebekah prepare to take out Finn. He can't get past Finn's spell, but he can overload Finn. By supercharging Finn, he can push him over the edge. Finn will have no choice but to release their parents' power or disintegrate from the inside out. Regardless, it'll give Elijah a chance to take care of him, and he'll have to abandon his current body, taking him far away from his niece. Rebekah admires his thinking. He promises to get Rebekah back into her body. Klaus arrives with the supernatural items of power. Kol notes that most of them were his in the past, many he thought where long gone. Klaus hands over his stake, and Kol is surprised that Klaus trusts him with it. Klaus is willing to do whatever it takes to keep his daughter safe. Kol and Rebekah get started.

As the anointing of the alphas gets under way the vampires show up and they are hungry. Marcel tries to keep his people alive, as does Haley. The alphas head to the cabin for safety, where they'll weather the storm, until Finn's spell wears off.

Finn heads to the main house, but Camille isn't there. Elijah wakes up, and he's pissed.

Kol and Rebekah are close, but they don't have enough juice to do the spell. Klaus offers himself up. He asks his brother to use him to boost his spell. Kol has earned Klaus's trust, and as a vampire/werewolf hybrid with centuries of blood on his hands, he's about as powerful an object as you get. Kol reluctantly agrees. He carves a rune into his head, and they begin again.

Finn calls out to Cami, but she doesn't answer. Elijah arrives, and he throws a stake through his brother. Kol and Rebekah's spell takes hold, and Finn bleeds from his nose. He still has enough juice and concentration to toss Elijah around. Elijah looks at the blood on his chest, and he remembers. Kol and Rebekah continue their chant, and Finn goes down.

Marcel's vampires continue to fight around Haley and Marcel. Haley comes face to face with Gia. She doesn't want to kill her, and then she falls. Finn's spell is broken.

Rebekah is overjoyed that Kol's plan worked. Kol admits that he wasn't sure it would. Rebekah vows to save Kol, somehow.

Seeing all of the downed vampires, Haley knows that Elijah will protect Hope. She also knows that things will only get worse. She tells Jackson that they need to get married immediately.

Klaus awakens. He's relieved to see Kol and Rebekah still standing, and happy to hear that their spell worked. Finn may not be dead, but he's no longer a super witch, just a jerk like normal. Klaus appreciates family all the more, and recognizes what Elijah has been saying all along, that there is power in family.

Cami drives towards home. Elijah looks at the blood on his hands. His soiled clothes are his undoing. Finn rises to his feet, taunting Elijah. Had he been able to face Finn, Hope may have lived, but with Elijah in his current state, Hope has no chance. Cami's car loses all power. Finn continues his ranting, but Elijah isn't afflicted. He's let is brother have his monolgue so that gas could permeate the entire house. Elijah removes his daylight ring, and stick his arm into the sun. His skin catches fire, and the house goes boom right in front of Cami's eyes. With the threat gone, Cami's car turns back on, and Cami suspects Hope's role in that.

Rebekah (guest star Claire Holt), who has spent months away living a normal life with baby Hope, finds herself on the run when she realizes Esther (guest star Sonja Sohn) has uncovered her whereabouts. 

Convinced that Vincent (guest star Yusuf Gatewood) and Kaleb (guest star Daniel Sharman) would be powerful allies in his fight to take down Esther, Klaus (Joseph Morgan) sets a plan in motion to turn his brothers against their mother. 

Meanwhile, Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) is conflicted when she and Jackson (guest star Nathan Parsons) stumble upon an ancient ritual that would get their werewolf packs out from under Esther's control, but would require her to make a tremendous sacrifice. 

Elsewhere, Rebekah is concerned when she notices something is off with Elijah (Daniel Gillies). 

Finally, Davina (Danielle Campbell) takes matters into her own hands by turning to dark magic, and Cami (Leah Pipes) finds herself at the center of Esther's dangerous plan.

972 AD in Norway. A girl walks through the bitter cold, a mother prays. She calls her sister, and the woman outside begs for her help. She wishes to have children and Dahlia tells her to go out and have her sisters. The girl left her coven because she was never as strong. Dahlia tells her that had she stayed she could have helped herself, but she doesn't believe it. Esther begs for her help, even though the sacrifice will be high for what she asks, and Dahlia cannot refuse her.

Oliver wishes for death. Finn orders that he be killed for his crimes, and invites the other wolves to see what happens to traitors. His mother praises him, as she goes to attend to her own problem. Elijah hangs, still strong and full of life. She's disappointed that he still refuses to take her offer. She remembers the child that he was, and believes that child would be appalled to see what he would become, is. She would do anything for that child, for him. She slips the slumped Elijah's throat, murmuring an incantation.

Haley comes running at the sound of anguish inside. Klaus is cleaning up, his interrogation isn't going as well as he had hoped. Witches are delicate creatures, and as suspected he has Elijah captive. He plans to draw his mother out. Klaus goes to change, and Haley wants to help him find his mother, but he can't afford the distraction.

Gia reports back to Marcel. She's found nothing so far, Marcel hopes that Klaus has had better luck. Haley bursts his bubble. She wants to mount her own rescue mission, not to save Elijah, but Oliver. She knows he and Elijah were fighting, and she's heard that Oliver is about to be executed. She thinks that if Oliver is saved, then they may find something on Elijah. She needs a distraction. Finn is in control of the wolves, and if they can keep him away she can swoop in and grab Ollie herself. Marcel doesn't want her to take on the wolves alone. If she's killed, he will be too, and he can't have that. She doesn't plan to go in alone. The wolves still have an alpha, she just needs to find it.

Cami gets a surprise visit from Finn. He can read on her face that she's having a whole lot of drama with Klaus, and that she's been sucked into the crazy. Finn thinks that Klaus is relying on her too much, but Cami feels a professional obligation to help him. She's described Klaus as a danger, but she doesn't think he's dangerous to her. She doesn't want to talk shop with happy hour. He orders a whiskey neat for himself, when he orders her drink she freaks just a bit and makes an excuse to run.

Klaus digs up his mother's grave and prepares to set it on fire when Elijah comes out to stop him. Klaus rushes in after his brother. Elijah notes that Klaus looks concerned about him. Klaus wants to know what his mother has done to him. Elijah tells him that their mother is looking at saving them, that she only wants to talk. Klaus isn't fooled, he throws a chair though his brother's illusion. His mother appears. She's trying to help him find his way, and she will give Elijah back to him. Klaus doesn't believe her. Esther admits that she has lied in the past, but she plans to be straightforward now. She will turn him into the man that he should have been, she will do it for both Elijah and Klaus.

The plantation they stand in was ruined by fire, which she finds tragic. She points that he never intended to build his home there, even as Haley was pregnant with his child, and Elijah and Rebekah sought to protect them. He was too busy on conquest. Klaus doesn't appreciate her motherly critique. He's endured lifetimes of misery, trapped in a state of perpetual despair. He can't take her hypocrisy, and only wishes to have his brother back. It breaks Esther's heart to see him like this she claims. The truth is that her love is a curse and she's no better than Michael, who also crawled back from the grave to ruin their children. Esther is silent for once. She didn't know that the destroyer rose, brought back to kill him by Davina, nor did she know that Kol knew.

Cami looks through the parish records, and is shocked to find Finn's name there. Marcel bets that she wants a new advisor right about now. Cami wants answers. She checked her uncle's records and found that the Griffiths are a family of witches. Marcel tells her that it gets worse, that Finn Mikaelson is inside of said advisor. Cami is exasperated. He came in asking about Klaus, then ordered her favorite drink. It's likely that he's been watching her for awhile and she wants to know why. Marcel isn't sure, but tells her that she's done with him. Cami is far from done though.

If what he says is true, Esther thinks that they should band together against Michael. But Klaus isn't clinging to his mother, not even against he monster that she let raise him. She is not evil, and Michael was not always a demon. She tells him that Michael once doted on his children. He loved Finn and Freya most. Klaus isn't interested in her memories. She thinks that all his years of hatred have colored his perceptions. She tells him that if Michael attempts to harm him she will strike him down herself. Klaus still refuses to align, he's never had an issue killing parents. Esther offers him something more, his real father.

Haley searches the woods for her family. She catches a pair of arrows that Ansel fired straight at her. She tells him that he has to try harder if he plans on killing a hybrid. He looks like he plans to make good on that when Jackson stops him, telling Ansel that he knows Haley, that she was to be his wife once.

Esther walks with Klaus out to a grave. She asks him if he remembers killing her. Klaus has many reasons, her turning him and his siblings into monsters, casting him out, denying his hybrid nature, lying about his father. There are many reasons, too many to pinpoint where his hatred begins. He calls her a whore, and Esther slaps him for crossing the line. He knows nothing of her love for his father, and how losing a child changes a couple.

Jackson tells Haley how Francesca offered him a moonlight ring, so long as he called her Alpha, but he declined. He was roughed up. By the time he healed and heard what happened to her, it was all over. That was when he met Ansel, and he's been teaching him the old ways. Haley's kind makes Ansel antsy. She tells him that her kind are the wolves, and they need an alpha, Ollie needs an alpha. Jackson isn't jiving with what she's laying down. Ollie spilled his own kinds blood, he plotted with the Guerras. Ollie is trying to make up for that mistake, but Jackson doesn't care. If he doesn't want to be the alpha that is fine, she'll save him herself. Ansel has no love for vampires, but he refuses to let a wolf die at the hands of witches, atleast Haley found one backer.

Esther tells Klaus how after Freya died, Michael was inconsolable. They had to pack up their things and leave, and Michael's despair eventually drove them apart. Esther tells him how she was drawn to Klaus's father at that time. Klaus doesn't want to hear the story. If this Adonis was so great why did he not claim his son, why let a monster raise him. Esther takes the full blame, she forbade him from taking Klaus, from claiming him. She knew if Michael had learned of his infidelity, he would have destroyed them all.

Marcel asks Cami if she actually thinks that she's going to be able to spy on the ancient witch. He doesn't want her in the middle of his hatred against Klaus. Cami is ready to embrace her heritage, thinking that if she had before then the Guerras would have never risen to power, and the wolves would have never seized the Quarter, and Klaus wouldn't have lost his baby. Marcel receives a call. Haley tells him that she didn't get her Alpha, but she got the next best thing if he found a way to keep Finn distracted. He thinks he has something.

Esther told Michael that she was pregnant, and it renewed his spirits. Because of Klaus they were a family again, and they had many children after. Their family was built on secrets, but Esther sees him as her joy. She tells him that she could give him what he desires. That she placed Kol and Finn into witch bodies, and she could do the same for him in the body of a werewolf. That mortality will bring him peace, and he could have a family. She's offering happiness, but Klaus only wants his brother. He tells her that he will kill her in this body or any other. She uses her power against him. She had hoped that he would take her up on her offer, but she sees that his wickedness knows no bounds. She snaps his neck and leaves him.

Past. Klaus stumbles and discovers a dead man. He looks into the man's face, and he awakens. Esther apologizes for the headache. She asks if he was dreaming. He was remembering the day he found his father, after Michael had already slaughtered him. Esther calls it her darkest hour, saying that had he not killed her after she's not sure that she would have recovered. She sees that he awoke earlier than she expected. She gives him Elijah's location, and tells him that he is free to take him home. He will then be free to make his own decision, just as Klaus is. She insists that all that she has told him is the truth.

Marcel lays his trap. He has his vampires scout the area, on the lookout for trouble. Cami is inside. She thanks Finn for coming, claiming that she was too abrupt earlier. The pair share a drink.

Haley strides into the cemetery to free Ollie, but Ansel tells her that they already know that they're there. With no time to be gentle she breaks his chains.

Cami asks Finn how he would diagnosis Klaus, his favorite subject. He's depressive, paranoid, has a lack of impulse control. Cami says she can't make a proper diagnosis. There's too much history she doesn't know, she asks how he manages. Some red flags go up. Cami explains that he's said that he has some issues with his own brothers. Finn eases back, telling her that he's not particularly close to his brothers. She asks about his parents as Marcel listens in. She apologizes for prying, since she sort of freaked out before about his prying. She claims that she's just trying to understand coping mechanisms, to learn from the master. Marcel is getting antsy outside, when a lone wolf comes and disturbs him, warning that vampires caught in the quarter are to be killed on site. Dumb schmuck. He tells his scout to run as fast as she can.

Haley is ready to give the wolves coming at them a fight, but Ansel talks her down. He came to save a wolf, and he won't sit by and watch her slaughter others. He tells her to take Ollie out the back, and he'll hold off the others.

Cami apologizes for offending Finn, but he claims she hasn't. He notices that she seems on edge. Outside Marcel battles the wolf. Finn asks if its because of Klaus. Finn notices that her questions are unexpected. Cami searches for a weapon under the table. She deflects telling him that maybe she's asking the sort of questions she is because she's worried that he's going to tell her to stop spending time with Klaus. He tells her that she can tell herself whats best. She says that she has a destructive pattern, that she's drawn to the bad boys, that maybe deep down she feels thats what she deserves. Rather than attacking her, he tells her that he can help her break this destructive pattern if she lets him. Cami puts her knife away, crisis averted.

Marcel is taking a beating when Gia comes back around to help him out with the wolf. The wolf tosses her like a rag doll, but it gives Marcel a chance to snatch his heart.

Haley and Ollie make their way out of the crypt, but the wolves know that they're there. The leader of the opposition calls to Haley. She comes out of her hiding spot, telling them that they should just let them go, but he's not so willing. Ollie calls them all idiots for lining up to fight a hybrid. The prize is nothing more than to kill him, all because a witch gave the order. Ollie may have lost his way, but he never lost sight of the goal. They were going to be a pack, and now they're all turning on each other. If they do that then they are nothing. The wolves part and let Ollie and Haley pass.

Klaus is in the graveyard. He hears the sound of fighting and runs over to help, snapping the neck of the nearest attacker, when he comes face to face with Ansel, who just happens to look exactly like his dear old departed father. Ansel knows his face, and calls him by his name, but Klaus won't believe what he's seeing. He thinks that Ansel is just another phantom that his mother has conjured. Ansel tells him that he is real. He recently woke surrounded by wolves after his death long ago. He knows nothing of Esther or her bargains. He tells Klaus that he is his son. He goes to touch Klaus, but Klaus stops him. Even if what Ansel says is true, he is nothing to Klaus, and he can crawl back to hell.

Gia has a pretty nasty wolf bite on her neck. Marcel gives her a vial of Klaus's blood, the only cure for a wolf bite. He tells her that he's running low, so she shouldn't get bitten again, and she points out that she got bit saving him. He admits that when she took off, he thought she had really left. In the past when things got tough she ran, because she never fit in anyways, but she feels different there. She doesn't plan on running anymore. Marcel gets a call from Cami. She's had worse dates, and she thinks that Finn has a thing for her, doesn't everyone? But she points out that if she's Finn's blind spot then she can take him down.

Jackson isn't so happy that Ollie was retrieved, and less so that Ansel isn't back yet. Ollie has a confession, but Jackson already knows that he sold him out to Francesca. He can't make up for that, but he tells him that he's the one. He's the alpha. Their people were not made to be slaves. Ollie begins coughing, choking on his own blood. The witches said that he only had until midnight. Ollie dies with Jackson helpless to save him.

Klaus finally finds Elijah. He tears down the doll holding him captive, and breaks his chains. Esther tells him that he won't wake, which gives Klaus another chance to consider her offer. She promised that Elijah would be fine, which he sees as a lie now, and doesn't appreciate the atrocity claiming to be his father. She tells him that his father is really back. She pulled him from the other side before it collapsed, and left him with his kind in the bayou. She brought Ansel back for Klaus, to give him the father he never knew back, so that he could help him be the wolf he should have been. Esther offers him this gift, this chance, and should he reject her again he will be all alone and unloved for eternity she tells him. She tells him not to refuse her out of spite. He hates her now more than ever. She came for his child his daughter. She tries to use her powers against him. When she came after his baby she declared war, and he plans to make her suffer as only he can. He is his mother's son after all. He leaves his mother behind, and takes Elijah.

Past. Esther lost Freya not because of the plague, but because of the bargain that she made with the witches. She had no choice but to let Dahlia take the child away because she bargained not only her first born, but the first born of every generation. If she did not kill his child then Dahlia would return and she would kill their entire bloodline. Now, Esther tells Finn that Klaus did not accept her offer, that he still doesn't understand why she had to make the sacrifice and cause him the pain she did, to save them all.

A FAMILY BUILT ON SECRETS AND LIES --

Fed up with her antics, Klaus (Joseph Morgan) becomes agitated and demands that Esther (guest star Sonja Sohn) release Elijah (Daniel Gillies), whom she has captured. However, Esther reveals a few dark secrets from Klaus' past in an attempt to make him an offer he can't refuse.

Meanwhile, Oliver (guest star Chase Coleman) ends up in a dangerous situation, prompting Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) to reconnect with Jackson (guest star Nathan Parsons), who has been living a new life out in the bayou.

Elsewhere, Cami (Leah Pipes), who still believes baby Hope's death was her fault, teams up with Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) and Gia (guest star Nishi Munshi) after she becomes suspicious of her faculty advisor Vincent (guest star Yusuf Gatewood).

So our wish list for season 6 of True Blood wasn’t exactly answered, we did get some of the things we asked for. You can see how we did here. Still, we’re optimistic for Season 7. It’s a new year, and with this being the final year of True Blood, it’s time to put all of those wishes on the table! So with that being said here are our 10 wishes for Season 7!

Eric. Just quality Eric.

Sue: There are so many wishes for Eric. For a great storyline, to not draw out his recovery, because we all know he’s not dead, and above all a fitting conclusion to this beloved character. Last year we wished for Eric to get his balls back, and he pretty much did. We got some great scenes out of it, but for the most part they were Sookie-less scenes that were the standout moments. This season, I would love to see the Eric we all fell in love with in the beginning, the one that stole every scene he was in, whose beauty was almost overshadowed with his brains and cunning. I want to see Eric back in fighting form, with his progeny by his side. Out of all of the series characters, Eric has been the most shafted. Charlaine Harris, crafted a pretty wonderful story for Eric, though she shafted him in her own way in the end, and Alan Ball took that beautiful journey and smashed it to pieces with his Bill loving way. The Eric storyline needs to be redeemed. I’m not saying give him a happy ending, because he’s the Anti-hero and that rarely means running off with the fairy princess in the end. But don’t make him play second fiddle for all eternity.

 

Brad: You covered him to a T. We both have the same feelings for Eric.

Jasmine: I completely agree with Brad on this.  You are absolutely spot on about this one. What more can be said.

Jenevia: Eric has undergone more character development than almost any of the other characters and it’s been one of the most fun parts of watching True Blood all these years. I can’t definitively state what I want most from him in regards to the main points of his arc but what I do want is more of the little Eric Northman moments that make him stand out as one of my favourite vampire characters of any franchise. Remember the time that he was fiddling with his wind-tousled hair after flying to Sophie-Ann’s mansion, or some of his most hilarious, classic lines such as “teacup humans” or “Is there blood in my hair?” I want there to be humor and life (if you’ll pardon the pun) back in Eric. We’ve seen him lose loved ones over the series and have his heart broken, but he’s over a thousand years old! He wouldn’t have made it this far if he didn’t have it in him to rise from the ashes and continue strutting his vampire self wherever he pleases.

Brad:   I want to see Jessica and Jason to finally have the true happy ending. Since Jessica arrived it has been the two of them off and on. If there are two people that should have the TRUE happy ending it's Jason and Jessica and not Bill and Sookie. Sookie and Eric would be the ideal conclusion to this series. 

Jasmine: Jessica with Jason or James...hmmm. We have seen Jessica “grow” a little bit in each season, especially as a vampire. Our baby vamp is no baby anymore! I would like to see more of what’s next for Jessica now...Is there a future for Jessica and James? Or like Brad mentioned...Jason and Jessica?

Jenevia:  I can’t honestly be bothered to care quite so much about the Jason/Jessica pairing. For me, the best ending for Jessica would be her truly coming into her own as a woman (especially since she was turned as a teenager), being more independent, and self-assured. Jason has always been a bit of a mess, but the humor with which the writers and Ryan have portrayed his story has been great fun. Jason has a great heart, but seeing as how he’s a bit thick, Jessica may very well be better off with herself or simply on her own. My favorite couple on True Blood was Lafayette and Jesus. No one had me squealing, flailing (and eventually sobbing) more than those two. We should all know by now that if there’s a pairing we like, they’re either going to break up or at least one of them is going to die.

Sue: As much as I would love to see Sookie and Eric as the HEA, it’s never gonna happen. Or if it does it’ll be like a last resort option, everyone else is dead so Sookie has to be with the guy she should have been with all along. It definitely won’t be satisfying if we get it. Our last year's wish list can attest to that, be careful what you wish for. As for Jessica and Jason, should they be together yes! Will they, probably not. I know James is semi out of the picture, Luke Grimes left his contract. He's been replaced by Nathan Parsons. Rumor has it Luke thought he’d get more Jessica scenes, and when he found out he wasn't he bailed. So, I’m guessing that means there’s trouble in paradise for James and Jess. Hopefully Jess breaks things off with James, and Jason stakes Violet. I’ve never seen Violet as the character that tamed the manwhore streak in Jason, but rather the one that mindfucked him into submission.

Give Pam and Tara More Screen Time

Jasmine: I would like to see more of Pam and Tara. Granted we saw their maker/progeny relationship progress last season. Just like the Eric/Pam relationship, these two are such strong characters that I would like to see these strong characters have a strong close to this series.

Jenevia: I never would have predicted that Pam and Tara would be a couple but once I saw it, I really enjoyed seeing the combo-dynamic of maker/progeny and lover/lover. True Blood has so many characters on it and it becomes a double-edged sword. There’s so many interesting dynamics ready to be explored but someone’s story always gets sacrificed at the cost of others getting time to shine.

Sue: I'm all for the ladies getting more screen time, especially now that Tara has her fire back, but let’s not toy with coupledom if it's not going to get its fair shake. Sookie's magical vagina is always going to take the main stage, I get that, but I would rather see a more flushed out story than some half baked sex scenes between the two, and that's all I feel they're gonna get. In this final season I don't want to see a complicated relationship between the two. I want to see them go full momma bear mode and protect their love ones. They're never more fierce then when someone threatens their family, so when an army of Hep V infected vampires come to town they had better be pretty bad ass. No more pulling punches, I wanna see Pam assassinate some folks like she did in the books.

Brad: Pam and Tara should have more screen time but I wanna see that fire we thought we were going to see. Like Sue said now that Tara is back. Not so much whiney annoying please some one shoot her but that fierce diva. Pam and Tara have so much potential for more. Two absolutely strong beautiful and full of spunk ladies could seriously make for a power couple. Pam has so much to teach and Tara so much to learn. Just don't make it creepy like woody Allen and Soon-Yi father adopted daughter creepy.

More Lafayette!

Jenevia: Lafayette is my favorite character, hands down. “Aids Burger” is an iconic moment of television. It’s understandable that Lafayette was more somber after the devastating loss of Jesus but I want Lafayette’s sparkle back. His story has been put on the back-burner and I want him back in the spotlight in all his shining glory. With all the talk others have done about the strong mystical powers he has within himself, it’s about time we really see him really come into his own, magically speaking. He’s had time to grieve and now he can even talk with Jesus by using his abilities as a medium so let’s see him back in action and have him go out with a bang! (I can hardly bear to write this, but I have this creeping feeling that Lafayette is going to end up dead/reunited with Jesus. Perhaps I should start stocking up on tissues now.)

Sue: Lafayette, like Jessica, is a deviation from the source material that I love. He used to add sassiness and flare whenever he's sashayed on screen. But he’s also another character that has been missing more than hitting lately for me. But I agree with Lady Jenevia 100%. There is no more dragging this one out, I want to see Lafayette in all his glittery glory. Bring on the Hookah we all know and love, and let’s really see what he can do. I don't want to hear about his powers anymore, I want to see them in action. And, if you must kill him off, which I’m sure we’ll lose more than a few beloved characters, let him go out with a bang rather than a whimper.

Brad: Yes MORE LaLa. I love the development of Lafayette throughout the series. I really hope that he never gets another strong lover. Jesus was and is Lafayette's one and only true love. With his abilities Jesus is not truly gone. He makes love transcend the physical to the ever after. I love how he is coming into the southern big mama who everyone seeks out for advice and his maternal/paternal love for all. He is not conventional and that makes LaLa timeless.

Jasmine: I absolutely agree! Season after season all we got was talk of Lafayette’s abilities. Well...let’s see those abilities in ACTION. Enough with the telling….and, I think it pretty much applies to many of our favorite True Blood characters.

Give the Hep V Vamps Some Real Teeth

Sue: I think one of the biggest let downs last year was Warlow. Not because of anything the gorgeous Rob Kazinsky could have done differently, but rather because his storyline sucked. Warlow was made out to be this super badass hybrid, some practically unstoppable force with super daywalker powers and he turned out to be a lovesick pushover, with psycho tendencies. I’m all for a good psycho, but he lacked bite. One little temper tantrum does make for a good villain. Now for a final season I want a big bad that is a real threat rather than a story we’re gonna take a season to build up and then be resolved in a disappointing 15 seconds. The perfection of Russell Edgington as a villain was that he was unpredictable in his grief. Did anyone expect him to rip the spine out of a newscaster and then ask about the weather? No, and that was delightful. I don’t want to be able to guess the endgame, I want shock and awe.

Brad:  I love me a good crazy pyscho . Russell tops the list of great villains. I want to be shocked out of my chair. This season needs less predictability. I want to be guessing what's next. I don't wanna be all sappy and crying because they killed off the entire cast but I want shock and awe. I want nail biting yelling at the tv because I was not expecting. If you need a good example of holy shit what the hell happen go and watch the red wedding on game of thrones. That was EPIC.

Jasmine:  I would agree with every this last season didn't have that shock value that we have had in the past seasons, so yah, in this final season, give us something that will keep us "at the edge of our seats!" The season ended with the threat of Hep V infected vampires...giving us the feeling that there is something dangerous and ominous is coming. My reason for wanting to see that suspense-filled and gripping factor in this season is that the whole Warlow build up just fizzled out...really!

Jenevia: The best villain moments from True Blood have had tremendous shock value. Whether it was Maryann feeding Eggs and Tara a human heart cooked into a pie, Russell ripping a man's spine out on live television, Eric staking Talbot mid-sex, or Sookie sending Talbot's remains down the garbage disposal while laughing like a maniac, that is more of what I want to see from the show's villains or even the heroes when they've gone off the deep end. Shock value can lose its edge if it's used too frequently, but I'd like a couple more this season to add to the list.

Bring Hoyt home

Brad: I am not asking for a big screen development but bring him home. I want my sweet southern gentleman back. But give him a more grown up edge to his southern good boy charm.

Jasmine: I absolutely agree with Brad! We did see some growth with Hoyt. It would be great to see him come home “all grown up.”

Jenevia: I don't thinking bringing Hoyt back would contribute anything to the show. They would have to rip apart all the closure he had in having his memories wiped of his best friend and ex-girlfriend, and leaving Bon Temps for a fresh start. I'm not necessarily opposed to him having a cameo, perhaps to visit his mother, but there's already so many characters that the show has to juggle that it may be better to simply leave him out.

Sue: I don’t necessary want Hoyt back. Jim Parrack was great, but well, his story was kind of done. He was great with Jessica, until he wasn’t, and really his character is better off being off the canvas. With this being the final season though I’m sure more than a few faces will show up for a final goodbye.

Alcide and the wolf pack

Jasmine: Alright! We have seen Alcide as lone wolf and become packmaster….then , at the end of Season 6, he’s with Sookie (Aye! Her magic vagina is at it again!) So which is it….I thought the whole wolf storyline was somewhat “a mess.”  What’s next for Alcide!?! I don’t think it’s with Sookie for very long...hahaha!!! I certainly did enjoy Alcide’s struggle to figure out “where he belongs.” I also could see that Joe Manganiello’s character has the potential to lead...I would like to see a more definite storyline for Alcide in the close of this series.

Jenevia: There's a lot of segregation within the supernatural community. Werewolves keep away from shifters, fairies stay away from vampires, but I think what would be good to see is Alcide's pack being more incorporated into the main arc. If the werewolves are by themselves the whole time, then it begs the question of why that isn't simply its own show. There was a bit of overlap with Luna's baby-daddy Marcus being a werewolf, but that storyline is mostly dead now (as is Luna) and I'd like for the pack's integration to not stem from who people are sleeping with.

Sue: I think the Wolves have to find a way to integrate themselves more within the storyline, and not just within Sookie’s magic fairy vagina. With everyone having to band together to take on the Hep V vampires the werewolves could be a great asset. Now whether or not they’ll actually be utilized to their full potential is a whole other story. With Bill hot on Sookie’s trail, she and Alcide aren’t likely to last long, but I hope he’s not just tossed aside the second the coast is clear, or worse because Sookie thinks she’s protecting him. And above all I hope that the panther aspect is left completely out, that’s one shifting group that was horribly done, and there’s no time to go back and fix the wrongs.

Jenevia: Pam summed it up quite nicely with that line. I don't care who Sookie is sleeping with. I could not be any less interested in seeing hot (often naked) supernatural men fighting over her. Don't write a storyline where the conflict is coming from people wanting to sleep with her. All the build-up with the threat of Warlow belly-flopped into a petulant supe wanting a fairy bride. Give me a storyline with the conflict stemming from political scheming, religious zealots, social injustice, etc. Making Sookie's love life the show's focal point is lazy writing and plays into the incessant tendency of male writers making a woman's end game settling down with a man. What is this, the 1950's?

Sue: Yes! I could not agree more. While I was unhappy with the way that the books ended, guess what, they actually had a plot other than the ever present game of just the tip. Sure even in the books, plenty wanted to sleep with Sooks, but there was also plenty of manipulation that had nothing to do with getting off. With the focus taken off of Sookie with it not being strictly from her view point, you would think that her lady parts wouldn’t be the main focus of the series. 

Jasmine: OMG! I could not have said it better myself, Sue and Jenevia! Really! I was already so over...everyone wants Sookie, a few seasons ago! It really annoyed me that the storyline(s) revolved around Sookie and who's sleeping with her. Not all the character's lives revolve around Sookie...C'mon! Give us a storyline that is gripping and thought-provoking beyond Sookie's vagina!

A Happily Ever After That Does Not Include Bill

Sue: We all know this is the last season, and the good thing is with Alan Ball it doesn’t mean Sookie needs to end up with Bill. Rather than staying on the path that Ball envisioned, chose a different ending. Ball had always been adamant that Sookie and Bill were soul mates, and rather than force an ending that no longer fits since as, like Charlaine Harris did with her series ender. All of the characters have evolved over the seasons; let’s have their endings reflect that as well.

Jasmine: True that Alan Ball has made a point to "push" that Sookie and Bill were soul mates, but people always change...and that's what we saw in each season. Every character has grown in one way or another, and has impacted storyline(s) that took off in different directions. It's not just about Sookie and Bill anymore. In this final season, I would like to see an "ever after," be it happy or not, for several characters such as: Lafayette, Eric, Pam, Tara, Sam...so on and so forth. We need to see some kind of ending for them all.

Jenevia: I don't care one way or another if she ends up with Bill. Just don't eat up so much screen time on that storyline when you could be focusing on more interesting characters, Lafayette in particular.

Let’s Bring It On In

Sue: It’s the home stretch, the final ten episodes before our beloved show is no more. Rather than branching out on some wild tangent, let’s not. I don’t want to be introduced to a bunch of new characters I’m suppose to care about, because that takes away from the ones I already love. Destruction, mayhem, deaths, bring it on. I can handle watching the cast plunged into a dystopian environment, I can handle every single one of them dying, if it’s done right. I cannot handle any of them missing out on screen time because there is a lame character that has to be introduced because he’s über important but turns out utterly disposable because there isn’t enough time to develop or wrap up his story. Bottomline if it has to end, I want to feel satisfaction with the way it did rather than regret.

Jasmine: I absolutely agree Sue! We are coming to the final season, there shouldn't be any new storylines! This should be all about bring a close to all the current characters' storylines. We should see them either die or survive and then see where they go from there. Do not make a cliffhanger ending either. For example, the last season of the short-lived Syfy series Being Human was a FINAL season. They brought the characters storylines to a close...be it happy ever after or not, but, most importantly, the show ended with the characters surviving their plight and revealing where they are after it all. Another great example is Syfy's Battlestar Galactica! I was not disappointed with these endings at all! That's what I can say are great examples of final seasons! Let's see this season with us cheering them on or crying our eyes out.

Jenevia: I agree with everything Sue said; no more new characters that are going to take away from the ones we've already spent years getting attached to and kill whomever so long as it's done right. On top of all that, do not screw up the ending. From Dexter to How I Met Your Mother, it's been one flop-finale to another. It's difficult for me to not have high standards for this show's ending, particularly because of Alan Ball's magnificent work with the Six Feet Under finale. To this day, that's still one of if not my absolute favorite ending to a television program. Since this show has been more action-oriented, I'd love to see it go out with a bang!
