Famed musician/DJ Steve Aoki paid a visit to New York Comic Con to promote his new comic series "Neon Future" in collaboration with Impact Theory. In a jam-packed weekend of programming, Aoki managed to not only promote his comic on his own panel but to do a signing for it, ensuring that fans would have an opportunity to get copies of the series and meet Aoki himself.

Aoki's panel was in collaboration with other musicians working in the field of branching out into creating comics. All were able to offer an insight into stretching themselves creatively into a different field and how it meshed with their own creative style and the stories they aim to tell.
