‘RISE OF THE TV MUSICAL’ PANEL DISCUSSION AT WONDERCON
Panelists include Disney Channel, Fox Television executives and prominent composers
WHO: Broadcast Music Inc.® (BMI®), a global leader in music rights management, and White Bear PR, will return to WonderCon, to present “Rise of the TV Musical,” featuring Composer Christopher Lennertz (Galavant), Composer & Songwriter Gabriel Mann (School of Rock), Director Jeffrey Hornaday (Teen Beach Movie), VP of Event Series at FOX Rachel Rusch (Grease Live!), and VP of Music & Soundtracks at Disney Channel Steven Vincent (High School Musical).
WHAT: “Rise of the TV Musical” panel at WonderCon will be co-moderated by Anne Cecere of BMI and Chandler Poling of White Bear PR, who will explore the growing popularity behind musical series, movies, and musical live broadcasts on television. The panelists will delve into the process of how the Broadway feeling emerges onto TV. The event is open only to WonderCon badge holders.
