Seth MacFarlane's TED Joins Bathing Suit-Clad Runners For Boston Charity

Braving the Winter weather and bringing some added festive cheers to the streets of Boston, Seth MacFarlane's 'Ted' today joined Boston's 12th Annual Charity SSRun (Formerly known as Santa Speedo Run), this year benefiting the Play Ball! Foundation.

The SSRun draws 700+ people to run the length of Newbury Street and Boylston Street wearing Santa hats and Speedo-style bathing suits, all in the name of charity.

This year, to celebrate the 12/11 release of 'Ted' on Blu-ray and DVD, 'Ted' (a Boston native) joined the SSRun both as a runner and a platinum sponsor - and we've got the pictures and video to prove it!

Boston’s SSRun (formerly known as the Santa Speedo Run) features 700 runners sporting Speedos, bikinis and swimsuits as they take to the streets of the Back Bay on Saturday, December 8th to raise money for the Play Ball! Foundation.  For more information please visit www.ssrunners.org
