Interactive Entertainment today confirmed that it will be releasing a Man of Steel Superman skin in July.  The skin is based on DC Comics’ iconic Superman character as seen in Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures’ feature film “Man of Steel.”  Also scheduled for release in July is the General Zod downloadable content (DLC) character, which is based on NetherRealm Studios’ interpretation of the famed DC Comics character.

The Nerd Machine is ready to invade San Diego’s Gas Lamp once again with an even bigger Nerd HQ. In partnership with Break Media, XBOX, and Vizio, Nerd HQ will be the highlight of the San Diego Comic Con weekend.

 The Nerd HQ has moved to the newly created Block No. 16 Union and Spirits. which has over 15,000 square feet of gaming, technology, and entertainment for visitors to enjoy.

The “Conversations for a Cause” panels are back as well and will feature some of your favorite Comic Con icons. HQ will also be adding panels featuring gaming and technology. As always, 100% of the proceeds for the panels benefit Operation Smile.

Break media will provide Live Streaming of all the panels and daily highlight videos to make sure fans stay informed. As a bonus, SPIKE TV will be broadcasting live from HQ on Friday and Saturday to their network and digital outlets.

Xbox, the gaming sponsor of the Nerd HQ, will once again fill the event with 40 gaming stations featuring the newest and yet to be released titles. Crystal Dynamics will debut the first playable demo of the completely reborn Tomb Raider franchise, exclusively at the HQ.

Fan Favorite DC Comics Franchise/Animated Television Series From Warner Bros. Animation Set to Make Videogame Debut in a Multiplayer Action RPG

Little Orbit, a worldwide game publisher, announced today that it has entered into a licensing agreement with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment for the Young Justice: Legacy video game set to ship in early 2013 for PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system, the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, Nintendo's Wii(TM) system, and the Nintendo DS(TM) hand held system.

New episodes of the Warner Bros. Animation series Young Justice will air beginning Saturday, March 3, at 10:30 a.m. ET/PT on Cartoon Network as part of DC Nation, the network's brand-new one-hour block of exclusive kids' television programming and shorts based on DC Comics characters.  In Young Justice, teenage heroes Robin, Aqualad, Kid Flash, Superboy, Miss Martian and Artemis are tasked by the Justice League to act as their covert operations team. Armed with superior skills, weaponry and powers, the team must do battle against a wide array of villains from the DC Universe while trying to prove to themselves, and to their superhero mentors, that they too have what it takes to be a hero. Their journey is further complicated when they face the many unpredictable obstacles that arise in their path from inexperience and youth.

 In Young Justice: Legacy fans can look forward to an original storyline set in between Seasons 1 and 2 of the television series, written in collaboration with show writers Greg Weisman and Brandon Vietti.  The game is packed with fan favorite playable characters, cameo appearances by popular Justice League heroes and villains, and includes online multiplayer as well as local multiplayer modes.

Do you like your Alice in Wonderland delightfully bloody? This one may be for you. The art from EA’s Alice is dark and twisted.

 The idea behind the art wasn’t to twist the ideas of the classic Carroll story and make it something it was not, but instead to embrace it, and see the evolution of what it could become, because lets face it, Wonderland has never exactly been a sweet and cuddly place.

The pages of the book hold the explorations, concepts, sketches, and final renders that chronicle the development of Alice’s next chapter. The story, and process behind the game give a great inside look to the final product.

The artwork is absolutely masterful, it is seriously crazy. And whether or not you’re a fan of the game, it’s great material for those who love Alice in all her incarnations.

Arriving by boat at her family’s Louisiana lake island cabin, Sara (Sara Paxton) and her friends quickly strip down to their swimsuits for a weekend of fun in the sun. But when star football player Malik (Sinqua Walls) stumbles from the salt-water lake with his arm torn off, the party mood quickly evaporates. Assuming the injury was caused by a freak wake-boarding accident, the group realizes they have to get Malik to a hospital on the other side of the lake, and fast.
But as they set out in a tiny speedboat, the college friends discover the lake has been stocked with hundreds of massive, flesh-eating sharks! As they face one grisly death after another, Sara and the others struggle desperately to fend off the sharks, get help and stay alive long enough to reach the safety of dry land.
