Lost Girl S05E07 Recap: Here Comes the Night

Mark was warned everything was going to go boom, and boom it went. Bo and Dyson look over the wreckage. Bo hears some crying and she and Dyson head over to a car and free a trapped family. She pulls the mother free last. It wasn't a bomb, but a tornado that hit. That storm that caused the elders to stay in with take out certainly packed a punch. Tamsin remarks that it looks like a battlefield, and she's seen plenty. She tells Bo that as long as they're together they can take on anything. Bo stops something, its the same symbol in the middle of it all.

Elizabeth looks out over her balcony at the destruction that she's caused. She tries to wake up her oracles, but the eyeless girls don't want to rise. The storm brews again, and the trio rise in prophecy.

Lauren tries to deal with all of the trauma coming into her office. Cassie missing is the least of their worries. Dyson and Tamsin head back out, but Bo stays behind. Just to add to the panic, the power goes out.

At the Dal Trick tries to read over the history books to look for clues. Vex is surprised to hear that the Gods of Rome were actually fae. With the power out there too, Vex is on candle duty. He takes a moment to drink heavily from Trick's stock. Mark tells him how much he loves storms, and he stands a little too close to Vex, making him uncomfortable. Mark backs him up against the liquor bottles, and drops to his knees. Vex puts up a meager protest, but the boy has some hidden talents. Vex tells him that what he's doing is wrong since Dyson despises him, but Mark thinks Vex talks too much as he kisses him.

Dyson tries to figure out where he would be if he were a god. He'd obviously be on a big fluffy cloud Tamsin tells him. He remarks that she smells good wet as she dries out. The streets are under control, no deaths. Dyson wonders why they would release a tornado. Tamsin thinks its probably because of the aftermath. They've checked the human residences and the PR firm with no luck. Tamsin found a poster Alicia probably put up. Dyson had asked her to leave town, but she didn't after seeing her supposedly dead husband. He asks her to get rid of any evidence of the ancients. Tamsin plans to head back to the clinic, but not because she's jealous of Lauren. Dyson tells her that Bo is a succubus, there will always be other people. She's not worried about the other people, just the one. She's far too immature to be with Bo. Dyson plans to see about a girl.

Lauren struggles with the power outage. With the power off, one of the most dangerous fae is about to be released, and there's no way for them to stop it. The countdown begins, and the door opens. Bo and Lauren wait for it, but when the box opens, there is nothing in it. Lauren was dupped by Evony, which angers her, but she's been given her position by Evony to turn her fae again. Lauren plays some music, and Bo thinks that their limited power would be better utilized some place else as Lauren grabs her in for a slow dance. The music is a cover in case anyone is listening. She wants Bo to trust her, she's living her dream and helping humans and fae. None of what she's doing is working towards turning Evony fae again. She works for no one but herself. With her shorter life, she has to make it count. She kisses Bo, and one kiss turns into many.

Dyson knocks on Alicia's door, and Kevin answers it. Alicia is not happy to see him. She's livid, and Kevin seems surprised that they know each other. Alicia was told that she couldn't see her husband's body because it was too mangled in the accident, and his supposed ashes are sitting on her mantle. Kevin wraps his arms around her. He tells him as he can see, he is fine, no thanks to Dyson and the detectives. After waking up on the side of the road, he stumbled home to Alicia. Dyson invites himself in for some hot cocoa and a statement.

Tamsin goes looking for Bo and Lauren, and finds more than she was hoping for. The pair are busy in the sheets, and Tamsin is devestated.

At the Dal, Mark asks Vex to help him unload again. Vex chokes on his beer. He meant the dishes, and doesn't even acknowledge what Vex is alluding to. Vex needs a drink, and Evony tells him he can have one on her. The dark is doing wonders for the crowd, except for Vex she taunts. She takes one look at Mark, and she likes what she sees. Vex reveals that he gets his good looks from his father, Dyson. Vex mesmers her, for an aside, trying to get to the bottom of what she actually wants. She notices that he's got a bit of a crush on Teen Wolf, but that's not why she's there. She needs his help, with the power out, her monster is on the loose. Her husband is safe, since its in the clinic, but Lauren may not be. What she can't see will definitely hurt her.

Lauren and Bo enjoy the after glow. Bo wishes they could lie there forever. Since the night is about seizing the moment, Lauren offers to open some bubbly, and Bo watches her leave. Outside the room Lauren finds Sam. He doesn't answer her, but as she turns him, his face is mutilated, and he falls down dead. Bo realizes that Evony wasn't lying about the monster in the box, and that its invisible.

Alicia gushes to Dyson about the moment that she realized that she wasn't dreaming and her husband was back. The man she fell in love with came back to her after she thought he died. Dyson asks for Kevin's statement next. He wants to know what happened in his own words. Kevin tells him that he isn't sure. He woke up on the side street, but he said highway before. Kevin claims to still be a little out of it. Alicia leaves the room for a moment, and Dyson confesses that he knows who he really is. Kevin warns him that he should know to keep his distance then. Murders, kidnapping oracles, destroying the city, it all stops tonight. Kevin isn't done playing house though. Alicia brings in some marshmallows, and wants to know what they were talking about. Kevin eats a handful before he grabs Alicia to kill her, but Dyson reveals Kevin as Zeus. He's not Zeus, but Hera he says as he unleashes a mouthful of bees. The bees swarm Dyson, as Kevin goes back to trying to kill Alicia. Alicia stabs Kevin with a shard of glass. Kevin hated marshmallows. He leaves Alicia for now, but warns he'll be back for her body.

Bo and Lauren look around for the monster. Lauren feels guilty for the death of her assistants. It brings back old memories. Bo wants Lauren to leave, but Lauren isn't going anywhere. She may not be as strong as her or Tamsin, but she isn't scared anymore.

Dyson takes Alicia to his gym for protection. She knows he saw what she did, and asks what happened. Dyson admits that he's not Kevin anymore. She asks who, what is he, but Dyson isn't sure. He will help her find out though. She makes herself comfortable, and he tells her to get some rest. Things will be better in the morning.

Dyson looks over his walls of clues, trying to find anything. Bo sneaks up on Dyson, she asks who the girl is, and he admits she's a human that needs his protection. He finds it odd that he didn't smell her coming, like normal. She still smells like Bo though. She admits to him that she thinks about him all the time, but they can't be together right now. He thinks about her too. She plans to have a little fun with him though.

Evony searches the lab for her serum. Vex points out that even if she finds it she may still need Lauren. Evony knows that Lauren is just using her, and she let her because she didn't think she had any choice. Evony can't stand the idea or results of her aging. She needs to become fae again and fast. The pair hear a noise, and she reminds Vex what he needs to do if that thing comes for them. He remembers, its how they met. Evony continues her search, and Vex disappears. With Bo by her side, Lauren isn't happy to find Evony searching for the serum. Bo is done taking shots at each other. Evony admits that nothing can kill it. Bo has an idea, asking how good Lauren's throwing skills are. They're decent. Evony isn't willing to play bait. With the ancients back, they're all in trouble, and Evony knows because she use to date one.

The trio of Oracles continue their chant. “Only in the darkness can we see the light.”

Evony walks the halls, as the bait. She calls out to the beast to come and get her. The thing screeches at her. And Lauren throws her ax, striking it, making it materialize. Evony has a soft spot for the thing. He kept her in the dark for so long, it was his turn. Eros strung her along, and she loved him. He chose Psyche instead. She kisses him one final time. And she hates to lose. Lightning strikes him and Eros evaporates. Lauren realizes she said Eros, the Greek god. It took the power of Zeus's lightning to kill him.

Trick reads through his books when Isabeau shows up. He's been tricked like this before, and he doesn't want to fall for it again, but she tells him that its different this time. They will be together soon she says as she goes in for a kiss. Mark is impressed, seeing Trick with three ladies. Its the Oracles. They tells him that he is not the light. They go back to their chanting as they leave. Dyson and Vex come running down the stairs. He asks them if any of them have experienced odd sexual encounters. Both Vex and Dyson admit they have. It's the Oracles. They're trying to get close to their lips to extract truth. Vex wonders why them, and Dyson realizes that its because of Bo's blood that binds them all from when they took on the Garuda. The oracles needed the dark to find the light. Zeus is known for giving the oracles their vision, he's after something. Vex asks how the oracles choose their form. They're all knowing so they chose what the heart desires most.

Bo returns home looking for Tamsin, and the oracles catch up to her. They appear in the form of Dyson. Yes, team Dyson! She asks if he had any luck finding the ancients. He tells her that he didn't, that he was looking for her. Sometimes he feels that is all that he ever does. She doesn't understand. He points out that she chose him first, and he thinks that there is a reason for that. Love never goes away, but she tells him that it changes. He's strong, and he'll always be there for her. She asks why all this now, and Dyson changes into Lauren. Bad move oracles, with the whole change up. If they don't turn into Kenzi, they've failed completely. Kenzi has always been her heart. Lauren tells her that all they have is now. Bo freaks a little. She's sure that she was just talking to Dyson. Lauren tells her that shes just tired. Its been her all along, they can't not be together. It looks like Lauren, and smells like Lauren. Lauren offers her a taste. Bo gets closer, and the blind oracle's eye holes are aglow. Trick arrives, and pushes the trio aside, breaking their hold on Bo. Bo falls to the floor. She doesn't understand what happened. Trick tells her that the ancients came for her truth. Bo confesses that her father is Hades. He doesn't think that it is possible. But it is. She saw where she was born. She tells him that her step mother, Persephone gave her that candle to light for her family. She wonders if that is what cause the elevator to crash, and gave the elders the ability to take a human vessel. Now its time to meet the other side of the family.

The oracles return to Elizabeth, and delivers to her their truth. Bo has what she's looking for and doesn't even realize it. Cassie tells her that Elizabeth changed her, made her see something that forced her to remove her own eyes. She asks to be released, and Elizabeth gives her what she asks for. She throws her off the balcony.

Mark and Vex play a little beer pong. Mark wants to know why Vex left Evony. Vex claims that she needed to face the music. Eros broke her heart, and she needed to deal with it, rather than having Vex lock him up again. Mark assumes that he saw Evony, but Vex tells him that his heart has been locked and dumped into the ocean. He isn't sure what his heart wants anymore.

Bo tells Lauren that she needs some space. Tamsin asks her if she meant her too. Bo didn't, since she lives there. Things are tense between them, and they need to talk. Tamsin thinks she knows what Bo is going to say. She understands that she's a succubus, and she needs to sleep with other people sometimes, and those people may include Lauren, but her heart is with Tamsin. Tamsin needs to hear Bo say it just once, but Bo's face doesn't look like she agrees, and her silence doesn't help either. She cares about Tamsin, more than she knows. It may seem like they're a couple, because they live together, and take cases together, and sleep together Tamsin points out. Bo thinks that it can be confusing. Tamsin isn't confused, she loves Bo. Bo loves her, but not like that, and she's sorry. Tamsin sees that Lauren is good enough, Dyson is good enough, even Rainer is good enough, but she isn't. She asks whats wrong with her. Nothing is wrong with her. Tamsin thought in her last life she finally found love, that Bo was the one. Tamsin leaves, and tells Bo not to follow her. Bo blows out the candle, but when she walks away, it relights itself.

Lost Girl S05E06 Recap: Clear Eyes, Fae Hearts

A girl plays a wind up jack in the box. She turns the crank round and round. It's Lauren and all a dream. Bo awakens with Tamsin in bed next to her. Tamsin wakes up and tells her that she was in her truck and the drive throughs were closed forever. It was utterly terrifying. Bo offers to grab her a bowl of cereal.

Dyson shows up to the latest crime scene. Mark follows like an eager puppy dog. He recognizes the victim, the guy was a really great football player. The pair notice a symbol left in the blood. Dyson takes a picture of it before wiping away the evidence, but as he walks away it reappears much larger than before.

Dyson takes his findings to Bo. The fae cult knocked off the star football player. The symbol is used by the end of days cult. Dyson thinks they need to get closer to the action and Bo suggests that cheerleaders get recruited as well. Dyson isn't sure that Tamsin is cheerleader material, and she really isn't, but she can play along.

Bo dressed as a recruiter, and Tamsin a cheerleader head over to the field to infiltrate the cheerleaders. Bo tells the girls and boy, that she's there to recruit just one of them. The snobby captain point out that Tamsin doesn't go to their school, but Bo cooly tells her that Tamsin's school doesn't have cheerleaders so she's trying out with them. Tamsin and the Captain get a little catty, and Bo has to calm TamTam before she goes all Valkyrie on the girl. Tamsin volunteers to get the party started and in a bitch move straight out of Bring It On the captain suggests some tough tumbling. Tamsin completes it easily, earning applause from everyone. The Captain doesn't let it ease up her Bitchitude, and sets the bar heigher. Tamsin goes a little Valkyrie on her and she walks away.

Bo sets her sights on the token guy to get a feel for everyone, while asking about the victim. The Captain, Brinkley he confirms is a real bitch, but the football player he doesn't know so well. He kept his distance, he's a bit of a bully, as is the quarterback. Clay has been getting a lot of attention lately, and the victim, Jake, he thinks wasn't running plays on purpose. The boys had a rivalry, but not enough that one of them would kill the other. Jake had a lot of enemies though. Clay gets hit hard, and doesn't look like he's getting up, but when he does, it raises Bo and Tamsin's suspicions about if the boy is human or a fae cult member.

Tamsin heads straight into the locker room to check out the guy who got pummeled. She ignores the pickup line of another player and makes a bee line over to Clay. Clay isn't interested, he's not willing to have his scholarship in jeopardy to mess around with Tamsin. Does anyone really believe Tamsin as a high school student. Now Kenzi, she could and has pulled this off perfectly. Tamsin makes some offhanded remarks about Clay's chances of being drafted are better now that Jake is out of the way. Clay points out that with Jake gone it actually lessens his chance, as Jake was his best receiver. Tamsin knows though that everyone has their breaking point.

Cassie isn't improving as Lauren watches over her. Lauren orders more tests.

Tamsin fills Bo in, and Bo puts in a call to Lauren, even though Tamsin would rather she call Dyson. Bo needs Lauren, and she wants her to run a test to see if any of the footballers are fae. Lauren takes an early lunch, and Tamsin plants one on Bo before running off to get more intel even if she has to flirt it out.

At the Dal, Trick has a familiar patron, the blonde from the elevator, Elizabeth. She orders a very old drink, one known as the drink of prophecy to the ancients. Trick doesn't recognize the woman, and he'd have her sign his ledger, if he knew where it was. She tells him that ancient things have a way of turning up.

Lauren asks the footballers to pee in a cup, but one of them tries to refuse as there's no drug test that was scheduled, which is the exact point of the drug test Lauren points out. She gives the player options, he can pee in a cup in front of her, or she can draw blood. He balks at first, and then his cockiness returns in full force. He rips the towel off, giving her a good look, and telling her to follow him. He really has the wrong girl if he's trying to impress her. Lauren tells Clay he's next.

Dyson tries to put together the pieces of his cult case. Mark tries to put together the pieces of Dyson's lovelife, asking him if he's seeing anyone as they begin to train. Dyson wonders what all the girl talk is about, trying to get the focus back on the training. A girl comes in to talk to Dyson. He hasn't been returning her calls. Alicia tells him that her husband, Kevin, died a few weeks ago, but she saw him walking on the street. This was after she arranged his funeral, after she held his ashes. But she's sure it was him she saw, and he looked at her as if he didn't know her. Dyson's captain thinks she's crazy, but she's sure she isn't, she took a photo. Dyson tells her that he will look into it. Mark comes back, remarking over the hotness of Alicia. Dyson points out that the woman just lost her husband, and that she is human.

Bo comes to check on Lauren's findings, and Cassie's status. There's no change with Cassie, but Lauren has found something. The urine samples of the football players are fascinating. She shows Bo the reaction of the sample to a chemical. The last one doesn't change at all, and its human. Trick is on the line to offer his input. He believes the player to be a hericlid, which is like a super human. They're descendants of Hercules. Elizabeth gets up and leaves during Trick's conversation.

Dyson asks Clay about the symbol. Clay doesn't know anything about it, and without evidence linking Clay to the murder he can't arrest him. Dyson knows he's a hericlid, but Clay doesn't know the term. Dyson tells Bo that Clay doesn't know what he is. Bo thinks that he might be better off not knowing about his father, she knows she would be. Dyson points out that Mark spent his whole life not knowing who his father is, but Bo knows that Mark is lucky to have Dyson now. Bo is sure that if Clay doesn't know he's a hericlid, he isn't likely in the cult. They need a new suspect and now, and Bo has an idea who may be able to point them in the right direction.

Bo and Dyson head off to find the male cheerleader, who's busy prepping for the game, without his lucky hair brush thanks to Brinkley. Bo introduces him to Dyson. He asks if there will be a trial, and Dyson asks him to open the locker. Inside he finds Jake's bloody jersey. He doesn't know how it got in there, but Dyson takes him down to the station anyways.

Mark hits a few bags, and a girl comes in. Mark thinks of the girl as a distraction, trying to focus like Dyson taught him. She looks over the crimescene photos, in a daze. She tells Mark that her parents warned her away from the game, as she draws a symbol in the sweat on his arm. There's gonna be a big boom they warned.

Brinkley warns Tamsin that she won't let her cheer with the others on the field during the game. She has big plans, and they don't include being a footballer's wife. She figures once she's done with professional cheer she'll transition to being a life coach, and build her empire there. She needs to be recruited, and Clay said he would put in a good word for her. It would be really good for her if Clay went far. The press conference starts. Tamsin tells Bo that she has a new suspects. Bo tells her that Derrick was arrested. A reporter breaks the news that Derrick was arrested for the murder, and asks if he ever felt threatened. Clay is surprised by the news, and proclaims Derrick's innocence, that he wasn't there at all. He tells them that Derrick was home with him the night of the murder, and that he's his boyfriend.

Derrick is released from jail, and he texted Bo immediately. He didn't know what else to do. They return to the room, and find Clay packing all of his stuff. Clay is relieved that the truth is finally out, he's wanted to come out about his relationship with Derrick for a long time but his PR Capital Sports refused to let him. He has a lot riding on the game. If they lose, it could be the end of his career. Bo tells him not to worry on his PR team, but himself, and the game.

Since Clay and Derrick's alibis cancel each other out they need a new suspect. Bo tells Dyson that Capital Sports had a new contact person for Clay, and he was adamant on keeping the relationship under wraps. The company name is familiar to Dyson. Its the same one that the elevator death/reanimation (Kevin) works for and he was the rep. Bo recognizes him as Horatio. Clay is their number one client. Mark tells Dyson about the warning that his friend had warned about. They need to find a way to protect the players, especially with Clay's admission that he would be killed if they lost the game. Tamsin wants to suit up, there's no one better to protect the players than a Valkyrie.

Tamsin gets padded and pumped, and heads out to the field. Bo goes looking for Horatio. She heads up to the box, and finds Elizabeth. Bo notes that Horatio just keeps popping up, and not in a good way. Iris, Mark's friend. likes the look of Bo as Horatio warns that she's the succubus and not to touch her. Bo asks if he's still on line to try to date single oracles, and he asks if she's still trying to be one. Bo has questions why they're trying to promote one human so hard, going so far as to take over a PR firm. She mentions the framing of his boyfriend, but Elizabeth claims to not know what she's talking about. Jake's murder, however, they don't deny. Jake found out about Clay and Derrick, and they were forced to silence them . They had no clue that Clay coming out would endear his fans to him so much. The trio are ready to get back to the game, and want Bo gone, but Bo isn't done. She warns that they have no clue who they're dealing with, but neither does Bo. Bo realizes that Elizabeth is feeding off the crowd, everything they score she gets stronger. She zaps Bo before she can do anything, and gets back to her meal.

In the huddle Tamsin plans to put this in the bag. Just one touchdown needed, and she suggests a Hail Mary . Clay asks if she's sure and she is. Tamsin heads down field, shaking off defenders. Clay launches the ball into the air, and Tamsin catches it, winning the game. The game is over, and Elizabeth is all full of light. Everyone is celebrating the victory. Brinkley comes over, and tells Tamsin that she was amazing, not knowing that its Tamsin. Tamsin unhelmets and bursts her bubble. Bo comes down the stairs, and tells Tamsin that they lost big time.

Dyson asked Alicia, and suggests that she stay with family for a while. She thought that he would take her seriously, but she sees that she was wrong. She knows that he is out there, but he doesn't plan to stop looking either.

Bo and Tamsin return home, and Bo takes a look at her wounds. She isn't sure what type of fae the three were, and worse she was struck by lightning. Tamsin gives Bo a healing kiss, although it makes her feel better, it doesn't take away the wound. Bo decides that she needs to go to Trick for answers,.

Three humans were killed in that elevator, Elizabeth included, and they came back possessed by something fae. Lauren recognizes Elizabeth, she woke up in her clinic and killed Lisa, Trick tells them that she was at the Dal, and ordered a very old drink. Bo went on a date with the male, he was the one who drove the Oracles to cut out their own eyes. Trick wonders if the Oracles did it to prevent them from seeing a horrific future. Dyson wonders why they chose the three bodies. Bo tells them that she said that Clay was like family, and that Elizabeth was feeding off the crowd. It is possible that they are one of the ancients, which is the most powerful fae family.

Horatio brings over the Dal's missing book. Elizabeth expected to come against Bo, but not yet. Iris breathes on the glass, drawing in it, and ignoring Elizabeth. She doesn't listen to her in the least. Horatio beckons his daughter to listen, and she does. He wants to know how the succubus is his fault. The plan called for desegregation, and since the cat is out of the bag its time for action. Iris just wishes that her parents would stop fighting. Horatio wants to have dinner and talk it over, but Elizabeth has other ideas. Looks like its gonna be take out, a storm is coming in.

Lost Girl S05E05 Recap: It's Your Lucky Fae

Necklaces, flowers, gifts. You would think this would make Bo happy, but it doesn't. They're presents from her Daddy. Cassie is on a blind date from hell, when Bo calls about her gift from Hell literally. Bo needs insights, and Cassie has to put her off, because of her date. She agrees to tell her everything, over drinks tomorrow. Bo hopes there is a tomorrow, as Cassie gets back to her over talker. He's new in town he had told her, and he realizes that he is boring, and he wants to know more about her. She only has a douchbag cousin. He has a party girl sister, personality for days. She asks if she's single. Cassie figures that he's using her for her powers, and he turns down her reading which surprises her. He wants to order. Being an oracle doesn't usually lead to being lucky in love or life. Her date wants to change that.

Cassie takes him back to her apartment, describing her five year dream home. He claims his is the same, but his includes a dog that can open beer bottles with his teeth. He asks her if she can see the future, if she can see his kiss coming, as he lays it on her good. He's really good, but he leaves her hanging, claiming to be a gentleman. Cassie falls into a horrendous vision.

Tamsin sits at the Dal, wondering why Mark is working there. He's new to the area, and Trick needed the help. Bo arrives asking if they've seen Cassie, she was suppose to meet her there. They haven't, but Trick has a gift for Bo. Bo tears into the present, but it isn't what she was expecting. It's a finger that Alexander the fae carried, and a family heirloom. Tamsin is uncomfortable, and makes a quick getaway.

Tamsin walks with Lauren, she too forgot Bo's birthday. Tamsin isn't surprised that she forgot, but she is very surprised that Lauren forgot. Lauren has been busy sucking up to Evony. Tamsin and Lauren stop before a shop, trying to figure out the perfect gift. Seeing them bumble around, not knowing Bo makes me miss Kenzi all the more. The Cat is from the Emperor Kang dynasty. The shop owner claims that the cat brings the owner good luck. Tamsin is convinced, though Lauren thinks the knick knack is more appropriate. Tamsin makes a deal for the cat, and borrows the funds for it.

Bo calls to Cassie, but she doesn't answer. It has Bo worried, and she plans to go over and check on her. Tamsin and Lauren come rushing in bearing their gifts. Tamsin presents her stuffed cat, and Lauren her hideous frog, which she promptly drops and breaks. Lauren takes partial credit for the cat. Tamsin hands it over, telling her that the man said that it would bring her lots of luck. Lauren cautions her on putting too much stock in an external object bringing her luck. Bo tells the girls that she's off to check on Cassie, and Tamsin offers to go with her. Lauren offers too, but Tamsin reminds her that she has a thing she needs to attend. It takes Lauren a minute to realize what she's talking about, then its Tamsin and Bo off to check on Cassie.

The girls arrive at Cassie's but they get no answer. Tamsin wants to bust down the door, but Bo finds it unlocked. There's look, and wreckage everywhere. Tamsin moves into cop mode, thinking to get blood sample to Lauren, and to call in Dyson to help. It's either a crime scene or the worst dinner party every judging by the bloody ice cream scoop.

Mark continues to work his butt off, when the drums call. He takes a moment to play a little, getting caught up in the moment. Trick calls him away to sign in on the ledger. Mark eagerly signs the book, as Trick tells him that their signatures contain their true power. He accidentally rips the book, and Trick takes it away.

Bo finds an earring at the Dal she thought that she had lost. Dyson is on the case. Bo has called the other oracles. Tamsin worries about an oracle's powers in the wrong hands, she's called in Seymour for help. Bo is less than happy to see Cassie's cousin Seymour. They tell him that Cassie is missing, and the swarmy guy doesn't seem concerned. He's a soul eater he reveals to Bo, and not exactly beloved. Cassie emancipated herself from their clan rather than help them steal luck. He tells them that if they want answers they should talk to one of her computer dates. The girl was huge into online dating.

Lauren tells Dyson that all of the blood was the same type. She's got nothing else, and he hasn't heard anything else from Bo, so she goes back to baking her cake. Lauren tastes the ingredients, and finds salt instead of sugar. The balloons arrive. They were suppose to be delivered to the Dal, but that will cost extra. Lauren takes the balloons, and the man tells her that something is burning. It's Bo's cake. The cat certainly brought luck, just none of it good luck.

Mark sneaks a drink. Vex downs his, and tries to run off. Mark thinks he's trying to dash out on his bill, unfamiliar with Vex. Vex tries to let the kid off easy, telling him that he's a friend of Trick's. But Mark isn't taking that as a good answer. Vex calls him out on shorting the customers. Mark offers to buy everyone a round, which makes Vex happy, but not as happy as he's gonna be. The girls are giving them the eyes. Vex offers up some Rock, paper, guillotine, with the loser distracting the boyfriend. Vex loses, and Mark gets to go play.

Mark makes out with the blonde, offering that they could go somewhere nicer, but the other girl likes Trick's dank cellar. Whatever she's on the blonde wants some. She gives her a kiss, and Mark moves to get in the middle of it. Mark stutters as the Blonde throws him down, and gets to sucking. He likes what she's doing, and the other girl gets to stealing a book. The blonde shows her reptile tongue, and the Klepto comes in for a closeup.

Tamsin tries to get some good shots of Bo, when she starts purring. Purring? Tamsin gets to work on Bo's profile. The last person to message Cassie was Heratio55. They try to make her profile into the perfect bait for Heratio, and he instantly bites. Bo is surprised, and Tamsin claims it to be luck. Cassie calls Bo, but there's no one on the other end. Bo chalks it up to her phone dying. Bound and bloodied, it wasn't her phone that died, but it soon dies under a sledgehammer.

Mark comes in after his little rendezvous. The boyfriend isn't very happy about Mark's little threesome, and Vex goes to run interference for him, but Mark steps in on his own. He claims that he saved the guy's girlfriend a few time via mouth to mouth. The man moves to take a swing at Mark, but Vex mesmers him into hitting himself with a beer bottle and Mark follows it up with a well placed blow. Mark tells corny jokes while dogging the guys punches. Lauren arrives with Bo's cake. All of the balloons popped on the way over. She shows Trick the cake, right as the boyfriend is knocked into her. Lauren gets a faceful of the wrong kind of cake and Vex ends the fight.

Back in Trick's dank cellar/study Mark and Vex are in trouble. Dyson wants to know why he's breaking up a bar fight rather than looking for missing oracles. Mark and Vex find the whole situation funny, right up until he mentions that Trick's ledger is missing. Vex tells him that he barely knows the kid, and he wants Vex to stay away from his son. Mark has less than pleasant things to say. Dyson tells him that he has a birthright to claim, and whether he knows it or not, he'll have to choose sides soon. Mark chooses himself, thinking that you're either the boss or the bitch. Dyson points out that those are big words from a shifter that has yet to shift.

Bo waits for her blind date, and Tamsin brings her a drink. Its from the guy at the bar she tells her. Bo is tired of this whole luck thing as she laps up her drink. Tamsin looks at her curiously, but Heratio has arrived. He likes what he sees, a whole lot. Bo remains flirty, and he tells her that his goal to get her to kiss him by the end of the night. Bo continues her cat like antics, and she freaks a little. She tells Tamsin that something is wrong, all the while stress panting. Tamsin wants to pull the plug on the date, but Bo wants to find out where Cassie is. Heratio looks ready to go, and Bo goes succubus on him. She tries to find out what happened to Cassie, but Heratio insists that he just kissed her good night, and left her. Bo's arm goes furry, and she has to call off the date. Heratio is under her spell, and Bo has full on paws.

Bo shows her new furry appendages to Trick, Lauren and Tamsin, and its getting worse. Her eyes go catty. The cat is an idol. It gives good luck to its owner by stealing it from those who don't give it proper respect. Trick looks to reverse the spell, whereas Tamsin just wants to burn it. They can't though, otherwise the cat's spirit will devour Bo's. Tamsin is sorry, she should have gotten her a Yeti stripper like she wanted to. Bo rubs and purrs against her, before pushing her away. They need to calm down. Bo ponders using the luck to find Cassie. Lauren disagrees, as does Tamsin and Trick. They think that they should put the case on hold while they fix Bo. Cassie has been annoying but she's special. She's an oracle, and she helped save Dyson. The three reluctantly agree she should try to find Cassie with luck.

Bo blindfolds herself in her car, thinking that the luck will lead them in the right direction. Tamsin and Lauren aren't so sure. Tamsin tries to talk some sense into her. Its a little kamikaze for Bo, its a little kamikaze for Tamsin too. Lauren puts her foot down too. Bo tells them to trust her, and Tamsin jumps in, willing to trust. Lauren, not wanting to be left out haphazardly jumps in too. Bo crazily drives out of the trainyard, and thinks that she's found the place. Bo flips a coin to figure out the next direction. As she runs down the hill, it looks like she's sprouted a tail too.

Mark gets surprised by one of his threesome buddies. He's tense but glad to see her, hoping that she brought back the book that she swiped. He's sure it was her, but she claims to not know what he's talking about. He's in a crap storm he says. She tells him that after a storm is the best part. She shows him her powers, some wavy rainbows, and she's overly happy that it worked. It doesn't always. Mark tells her that he's a shifter, but unsure what type since he hasn't shifted yet, and he doesn't want to talk to his dickhead dad about it. The girl doesn't really like her keepers either. She tells her that she's not subserviant, but important.

Kitty cat Bo continues to lead the way. Lauren thinks that they should be at home taking care of Bo. Tamsin babbles on. She thinks that she and Bo are getting closer together, and not just because they're living together. Bo is going to break her heart, and hopefully soon. Lauren doesn't really care about that right now, her only thoughts are on Bo. But Bo has given them the slip. Bo continues through the forest. She stumbles into a hole, and lands on her feet. Bo has found Cassie, and two other girls, all chained up, and missing their eyes.

Back at the crack shack, Bo in full on kitty mode, whiskers and all, sleeps in a box. Tamsin tries to comfort her, but she bats at her with her claws. Dyson arrives with Seymour in hand. Looks like Heratio paid him for information on Cassie. Tamsin tells him that Bo checked him out. Dyson thinks that perhaps Bo didn't ask the right questions. Tamsin can't believe that he sold out his own cousin, but he points out that soul sucking doesn't pay the bills. Dyson remarks that not many people are lucky like Bo. Tamsin is slow to the take, but Seymour is intrigued as to what makes Bo so lucky. Tamsin tells him its her lucky cat, that imbued with an ancient spirit. Seymour is overly interested, and he takes the bait, sucking the soul of the cat. He runs off to Reno for some gambling. Bo awakens in the box confused as to how she ended up there.

Cassie lies in Lauren's clinic in recovery. Dyson goes to check on her. She woke up, and had to be sedated. They're doing all they can, but she's not sure how much they can do to repair the oracles without the eyes. Dyson understands, but he has more. He asks if she got a look at Heratio, she'd recognize him. He's one of the bodies from the elevator.

Bo stares at the hell jack in the box. Tamsin comes in in her robe. She admits that she's really bad at birthdays and pulls out a single cupcake. Lauren tried to make her a cake she tells her. Bo takes a bite, its the best thing she's ever tasted she tells her. Tamsin isn't so sure as she disrobes, wearing nothing more than a bow. Bo takes her gift.

In the aftermath, Tamsin notes that the girls must have hated her. She's beautiful, even when she's sad. She knows something is bugging her, but she doesn't want to get in the way of them. Bo admits that she found out that she was born in hell. Her father is Hades. Tamsin realizes that it was Bo's father that she sat across from when she made her deal. Well if that isn't a mood killer. Tamsin asks if she talked to her father, but she hasn't. She isn't sure it would make a difference. No matter how far she tries to get away, no matter how much good she does, he will always be a part of her. Tamsin realizes that the box is from Bo's father. Tamsin use to feel the same about Freya, but eventually she got empowered, she changed. Bo wants to find a way to separate her from her father forever. She knows he's trying to use her for something horrible, and she doesn't want that to happen, and Tamsin plans to help her ensure it doesn't.

Cassie cries out, and Lauren comforts her. She asks her to remember, so that they can find out what happened to her. Cassie saw too much. She saw everything, the beginning, the end. She did it, all the oracles did. They did it to themselves, they removed their own eyes. It was the only way to get it all to stop.

Heratio looks through the Dal's ledger until he finds the name he's looking for: Bo's, and he knows she's a succubus.

Lost Girl S05E04 Recap: When God Opens a Window

Tamsin has a little bed acrobatics with Chad, and wishes for Chinese food. Bo walks in with just want she wished for. She was suppose to come back and help her out with her badassery and weapons, but instead she left Bo hanging so she could bang a guy she can't be bothered to remember the name of. Sated in one way, she just wants into Bo's boxes, but Bo wants Chad into her, since he is conveniently in her bed. Tamsin tells Chad to buckle up, and Bo pounces.

Mark runs to get on a bus, but he doesn't have exact change. The bus driver refuses the watch at first, but Mark pleads with him, and he reluctantly agrees. Mark sits super close to the only other person on the bus, a pretty girl, and gets to flirting with Maggie. He charms her, and reads her all too easily, pegging her as pregnant. Maggie bristles, and Mark tries again. Maggie is a singer, wanting to make it big. She's always gotten compliments on her singing voice, and her uncle gave her a pitch whistle. Mark accidentally drops the whistle, but when he goes down to retrieve it, Maggie is shot dead through the heart. Mark is so not the guy to make friends with, no matter how sweet he seems. Mark hurries to get away.

Tamsin mows through the Chinese food, nearly eating herself into a food coma, when Mark runs in. Tamsin wonders if he's delivery. He's not delivery, but he's definitely hungry, as he powers through the rest of the take out. He apologizes to Tamsin and Bo for bursting in, it doesn't exactly look like a detective agency, which is exactly how Bo likes it. Mark is on the run, but claims to not have done nothing. He tries to pay with a watch, again, but Bo refuses his watch. Mark doesn't have much, and even offers him some of the men's clothing she has a collection of. Tamsin doesn't trust Mark one bit, but Bo wants to make whatever is chasing Mark her problem. Bo sets some guidelines if they're going to have a successful partnership. 1. When you say you're coming back with weapons, come back with weapons. 2. They need a more positive way to speak to eachother, and 3. They help those who need help, so deal with it. Tamsin doesn't really like her tone. Bo tells her that there's something that is familiar to her. Tamsin reminds her that he's not Kenzi, that they can't keep every stray. Mark overhears everything. Changed in new duds, he goes to leave, but Bo stops him. She's a pro at running, and she's learned that no matter what, you can never run far enough, the past always catches up. He needs to face it head on. He leaves anyways, and Bo isn't surprised. Tamsin heads to Bo's room. Mark tossed the thing up, and now its Tamsin's turn to do things her way.

Lauren is impressed by the grounds. The former Morrigan, rides in on her horse, at least Evony is keeping a low profile now that she's human. She makes some off colored comments, which the butler doesn't find funny. Only Lauren thinks she's funny. She follows Evony to brunch. Evony wants the dish on Lauren's murdered assistant. Lauren feels remorse, but Evony is more concerned about the equip, ent inside. She asks about three dead bodies, a fact that Lauren was kind of hiding, but Evony has ears everywhere, and she will not be made to look like a fool. Lauren assures her that the security papers that she's signing will assure that, but the serum she wants Lauren to make is a whole other story.

Mark is on the run again. Tamsin catches up to him first, and she's all valkyried out. Bo tells Tamsin to bring down the scare factor, and Tamsin asks for an aside. Tamsin needs to let her bad cop fly, but Bo thinks that they need to try something sunnier. Its all very Dr. Phil as they try to listen and acknowledge eachother's feelings. Mark tries to make a break for it, but the girls turn on him. Bad move buddy. Mark tries to assure him that he's really a good guy, but he needs to get out of town fast. He's sorry for stealing, especially since they've been so nice to him, but he didn't have a choice. He feels that “he” is here, right before Bo gets a arrow through her back. Oooh, she's gonna be one pissed succubus. Tamsin goes to help Bo as Mark run off. Tamsin pulls the arrow out of Bo.

Trick takes out the trash, and a pair of ruffians looks for trouble. Trick doesn't want any. They tell Trick he just needs to let them inside, and there will be no trouble. Trick doesn't think that's a good idea either, and before the men can strike, they're tossed aside like rag dolls at the flick of a mesmer's wrist. Vex is back!

Back at home, Bo can't believe Tamsin just pulled the arrow out of her, but Tamsin insists that it was for her own good. Tamsin makes her laugh, and Bo cautions her against it, it hurts. Tamsin leans in for a kiss, which makes things a little better, but Bo isn't healing. Tamsin tries again, and not only does it not help, Lauren walks in, and walks out too.

Trick goes to Dyson. Dyson nearly wolf's out on Vex. He doesn't exactly get a warm welcome, the whole betrayal thing may still be fresh in his mind. Trick reminds Dyson that its better to have a mesmer and not need him, plus he has a case for Dyson. He gives Dyson the file on the three dead, marked humans. Dyson has no choice but to play nice with Vex, as Trick is the acting Ash.

Lauren is amazed that she just took fae krytonite out of Bo's shoulder. Its a metal derived from a parasite. It's a mineral and alive. Everytime that she healed it would resplit open the wound. Bo looks at it with disgust, as Lauren marvels over the pair in their respective test tubes. Tamsin wonders if the shooter can find them with it. Lauren thinks that she has the healing touch, but Tamsin moves to make her heal faster, with a kiss. Bo heals up, and wants to find the archer, but knows they need to find Mark first.

Mark is chowing down at the Dal, trying to hustle a couple out of some traveling money when Bo and Tamsin catch up to him, and they want answers. He claims to not know much, but Tamsin doesn't buy his story for a moment. Bo points out that she could have been killed. He owes her an explanation. He's been hunted for a long time, but he isn't sure why. His mother died when he was young, and he has no other family. Tamsin asks what type of predator he is. He isn't sure. He hasn't changed yet, but he keeps leaving a body count in his wake. Bo wants to help, but he has to trust her, no more lies.

Back at the crack shack, Mark tells her that he's been moving around from place to place, and has no chance to settle down, or find work. That's not really a priority at moment, Bo points out. Her shoulder still hurts, she wonders if there is still shrapnel in there. Mark kisses her to heal her, and Bo pulls back, before diving back in. Someone enters with a knife, he's been waiting a long time. Bo's been waiting all night too. Tamsin jumps out from hiding. Oooh, Bobo set Mark up. Lauren too jumps out of her hiding spot and shoots the guy full of tranquilizers. They plan to take him back to the lab, but Mark wants the hunter to die. Lauren shoots him too, and considers that maybe someone else should take the gun.

Lauren marvels over the hunter's knife, and its ancient bone handle. Bo only has eyes on the hunter though as he awakens. She's not really happy that he tried to kill an innocent fae, and he shot her. The hunter claims that the kid is anything but innocent. He claims that Mark killed his wife and child, that he hunted them down in cold blood, that he ate them. He plans to continue to hunt Mark, to make him suffer as he has. Bo doesn't quite believe, but she's willing to try. She asks for his hand, and uses her powers on him to gauge his sincerity as he tells her again about his wife.

Dyson tries to get to work, as Vex annoys him with questions about Mummies and their portrayal in modern times. Dyson remains focused. Vex offers to help him out, but his continuing babbling sends him over the edge. When he sees Vex's face all he sees is the man who helped kill his partner, he sees nothing more than Massimo's face. Massimo broke Vex's heart. He raised him from a child, he knew he was bad, but he still saw him as precious, something to protect. Dyson mocks his legacy. Vex isn't taking it lying down. He reminds Dyson that he's the one that let him go in the first place. Dyson punches him, and warns him that if he's there when he returns from the clinic he will kill him.

At the clinic, Dyson notices a familiar smell. Lauren doesn't smell it, but Dyson's wolf nose picks up a bad smell. Lauren reminds him that its a hospital, there's lots of bad smells, and gets his focus back to the body at hand. Vex arrives with theories of his own. Dyson warned him. Vex tells him that he tried to get Massimo to leave town, and Dyson punches him again. Vex reminds him that Hale was his friend too, and Dyson pulls his gun on him. Dyson warns Vex again. Lauren tells Dyson that he's telling the truth, she too was with Massimo at the end. Dyson doesn't like to always be a good guy, and he raises Vex up with the gun shaft. Vex tells him to just do it, as Lauren talks him down. Hale and Kenzi were no one's fault. Dyson leaves.

Mark awakens, wondering what happened. Bo reminds him of the previous events, just a normal thursday. Mark tells her he can explain. Bo hopes so because the hunter was pretty convincing. She asks him about the hunter's family, his ear. Mark admits that he did bite the ear off. The hunter killed his mother, he didn't have much a choice when he came after him. He was six at the time, hidden under the bed when the attack happened. He hid the entire time. Bo warns him against lying, but Mark is sure it is the truth. When the hunter was finished, Mark jumped on him, bit the ear off, and ran, just like he did when Bo got hurt. He's a coward that runs at the first sign of trouble. He's sick and tired of running. Bo assure him that killing the hunter is not the answer. He asks what is the answer. He has no where else to go, no one else to turn to. Bo is inexplicably drawn to him. She pulls him in for a kiss.

Vex mutters to himself but with Dyson's wolf hearing, he heard it. It jogs something from his memory though. The first was a cop, a pig. He was branded and hung so that he would bleed out faster. The second was a prison guard, a bull, and he died the same way. All signs point to a pagan ritual where a pig and bull are needed. Lauren asks about the third victim. No branding, no throat slit. He died of dehydration. He was a criminal, with a heavily reduced sentence. Vex thinks that the guy was a snitch, a rat, but that doesn't fit. It's a Russian prison, the guy would be a goat. Three ritual killings, and the three missing elevator bodies. It could all be connected. Dyson asks if Lauren has anything from the missing bodies with a scent, and she does.

Bo awakens post coitus, and finds her bed empty. She calls for Tamsin, as she robes up. Mark's gone, and he's stolen her knife. The kid is going after the hunter.

Vex follows Dyson up a huge bank of stairs. Vex takes in the beauty of Dyson's shifter nose. Before they can get much further, Bo call. She needs Dyson to get to the clinic before Mark does to protect the hunter. Dyson turns on his heel, and heads back to the clinic. He was so close to the elevator blondie. She's thirsty, and wants her companion to refill her glass, but he can't. He's been electrified.

Lauren does little to stop Mark from man handling the Hunter. Mark wants answers, namely why he's being hunted. Dyson arrives, and Mark asks who he is. They're both shifters, both wolves. Mark is a little shocked. Dyson tells him that the man has been hunting their kind for centuries. Killian knows Dyson too. Dyson reminds him that they don't hunt shifters anymore, especially not those who haven't shifted yet. Mark keeps his eyes on Dyson. The Hunter figures that since the Una Mense are gone, he was just cleaning house. Mark raises the knife, but Dyson stops him. Their kind did kill his family long ago, but its time to heal the riff between them. Dyson sends Killian off, and holds Mark back as he begs to go after him.

At the Dal, Mark tears into his meal. Bo tries to understand why Dyson just let the hunter go. That's a question that Mark wants the answer too, thinking that Dyson is just a self-righteous douche bag. Dyson doesn't want to talk about it. As Bo watches him, she notices all their same movements, and actions and realizes that Mark is Dyson's son. Dyson confirms it, he knew it the moment he smelled him. Mark is shocked. Bo knew there was something about him that was familiar. Mark doesn't want the bonding moment. Judging by his age, Dyson figures out who his mother is. Mark doesn't want to hear his words. Dyson left his mother, and she died. Dyson explains that he never new she was pregnant, Mark's mother never told him. Dyson knows that no matter what he says, Mark won't forgive him right now, but he offers him a place, a home. Mark fears being turned away when Dyson gets tired of him, but Dyson won't let that happen no matter what. Family really isn't Mark's thing any longer and he's off.

Lauren cleans up. Evony is done with the BS. She wants her serum. Lauren claims that she thought Evony was happy with her rich husband. She breaks down in tears, human emotions suck. Lauren tells her that she's had some recent set-backs, as has Evony. The hubby wants to turn the pool house into a man cave, so Evony needs to store some items at the clinic. She calls in her guards, who bring in a high tech case. Evony tells her that its the most feared creature known to fae. Lauren asks what its called, but Evony claims it has no age its so old. She warns that should it get out bad things would happen, and that Lauren should plug it in asap, so it can't break free.

Dyson walks out into the alley, and Killian stalks him. Dyson tells him that he can kill him, under one condition that he leave his son alone. Killian relishes the thought of killing Mark all the more now that he knows the truth. Killian moves to strike, but Dyson has other ideas. He calls Vex, who uses his powers to hold him in place. Dyson once made the mistake of letting a killer go, he refuses to make that mistake again. He wolfs out, and Killian is no more.

Bo tries to let the son knowledge sink in. Tamsin relishes the blackmail potential. There was a time that Bo thought Dyson was her soulmate. Tamsin points out that they're good together, even if they're just friends. Tamsin admits that there was a reason she was hard on Mark. She knew he was trouble, that he was a liar, but most of all because he was just like her. When she was in Valkyrie school she hurt a lot of people, did a lot of things she wasn't proud of. Bo tells her that they're going to be okay.

Dyson sits and drinks, with Killian still in his hair. He's looking at old pictures. Piper, was Mark's mother. He had heard that she died, but he never heard that she was pregnant. He wasn't really into long term those days. Bo points out that Mark could be his second chance. Dyson loves her, thanks her for stopping by, but he just wants to be alone for now. Bo kisses Dyson, leaving him to his grief. He thanks her for taking care of Mark, telling her that he could use a big sis. Bo laughs uncomfortably, yeah sister. Dyson turns back to his pictures, shuffling crime photos around. Three photos make a symbol, that may be familiar. He walks away, and the symbol becomes electrified, charring the surroundings as lightening strikes.
